Terrible Post office. All DEI hires who cannot keep a job in the public sector. I keep getting other peoples mail and my mail is usually lost or delivered to someone else in the city. Employees behind the counter are rude and unable to answer questions. I drive to Willoughby to use their post office instead of Willowick.

Terrible. Saturday closed at noon because no staff? That means SOMEone was there. Government worker couldn't stay for a 5.5 hr shift instead of 3.5? Shame their jobs are almost guarenteed. 7 people pulled up in a matter of 7 mins.

A Christmas gift I sent was labeled the incorrect address. The address was written in pen, the label was slapped onto the box, the box taken back immediately, so that i wasnt able to proof read the label(which she put over the written address). And the only reference ship to address that I was left with was on the receipt. Only says city and state.I approached the same girl who sent a several hundred dollar toy to the first address that looked somewhat right on the screen. "I'm sorry there's nothing I can do" and then took about 5 minutes (which backed up the line out the door) looking high and low for consumer affairs number(which is apparently a joke because I've left several messages explaining the situation briefly and not received a call back) and USPS (also now at a corporate level) will not acknowledge my request, locate the package or refund even the insurance.This is one of those situations where a small issue is actually big (personally) and the companies involved have left me without a solution, two weeks later. Not to mention, something of decent value was given to a dishonest stranger to this transaction.Best aim is to make sure your employees are double checking their work and the center is well prepared to provide this information.

When I had a package delivered to my previous address the carrier put it into the forwarding system and sent it on to me before I even inquired. The staff let me know as soon as they were aware. Great service! Thank you!

This post office has been losing early on saturdays it seems to be every time I go. The door and the website says they close at 2, get there at 1:45 and the damn doors are locked. Employees are usually super rude too. Will be driving farther for a better experience next time so over this place

Great little post office with the nicest staff. Always helpful and kind. Very knowledgeable. A hardworking crew. The only thing that bothers me is that in this day and age a manager has a special front door parking space with a sign. It makes it seem as though the "boss" has all the power and is more important than her employees, not a good message to send.
