This was the absolute worst experience I've ever had going to get my oil changed. All staff members were completely unprofessional.... they were talking about going out drinking and having sex. Took at least 25-30 minutes. I will never go back... go to valvoline everyone.

Techs was friendly but made a huge mistake and didn't screw in a nut under the car and has a part dragging on my car. But once I call noticed and came back to see what they did wrong the assistant manager who messed up corrected the issue and said he was sending me a free Lil change for my next oil change (but never did) and as he was printing my receipt the new manager came and said my car was in the bae to longer and i needed to move along w/o my receipt. When is tried explaining what was going on she said she don't care and move along. S/n: I had been coming to this location for over 5 years but now the current staff are horrible and have even worse customer service. Time to change locations.

the mechanic take 5 oil change place on vine street didnt close my air filter case back nor the the piece that attached to it,it made my check engne light come on.so i had to have it checked come to find out that was the problem after my son checked the issue out ,please speak to the mechanic about replacing things

The two guys that worked there while I was getting my oil change were wonderful. I wish I could remember their names. It was the most pleasant oil change I’ve ever had. I also feel like the prices are better than at the competitors. I will definitely be using Take 5 in the future.
