“I came to the US, and I needed to post two Items, so I went to this post ? office. They have a beautiful space with lots of parking spaces, and the location is easily accessible. Their customer service is excellent, and they are professional. The lady who attended to me was sweet, friendly, and soft-spoken. I was captivated and endeared to her unusual calmness, sense of humour and joyous spirit. Please go to the post office; her demeanour is therapeutic and comforting.”
“Awful, likely racist, reviews — one calling it “ghetto”… completely unacceptable. This place is great, with great people! I wish I could provide the man’s name who helped me, but it’s not on my receipt. “Clerk #25,” if that helps. Don’t blame this specific store for the overall shortcomings of the government / USPS!”

“My mailman is the best mailman ever he's so respectable he tries to meet our needs always communicating when we ask him a question he helps me to find out or tell me what I need To do about situations. When I needed to go out of town he told me I can put my mail on hold. When he is gone I know because he does his job regardless how These ignorant people in my building act he still does his job right the other ones they do whatever don't close the mailbox leave them all standing open mail everywhere I'm glad he don't take it out on the rest of us that do appreciate him because he could do that but he don't. I've been in this building about 10 years and he's been my mailman maybe half of them I don't know but I do know that he's been the same no I don't like in a girlfriend boyfriend way I'm old enough almost to be his mother my son is 40 I'm not just saying this I mean every word I said he is nice and handsome though he's always clean smell good his appearance is professional I'm retired and disabled he will help me if I need it he's one of y'all good ones give him a raise he deserve it working in my building bluestone building B I thank God for him”
“This is the best post office in the Cleveland area. The staff is always fast, efficient, and friendly and goes above and beyond to deliver excellent service. I've been coming to this post office since 2006 when I moved to Euclid. The only drawbacks is the lobby gets locked up after hours.”
“I’ve always had a positive experience at this post office. Sometimes dropping things off would require a little bit of a wait but I never encountered any wait time over 10 minutes. Sometimes shipping supplies inventory is low but overall a decent post office.”

They sell birthday cards, gift cards, and decorative mailing boxes and envelopes, in addition to standard postal products.The staff is friendly and helpful.No complaints here!”

“09/28/23 ...I live in one of the apartments on Lakeshore Blvd. I've been unable to leave my apartment since 09/15 due to mobility issues. Today our mail carrier blessed me by bringing my mail to my apartment and leaving it outside my door ....I live on the fourth floor. Just wanted to say thank you and you are truly appreciated.
