I love how clean this location is. I am glad to see that they have been keeping the windows cleaner. I hate to walk into an establishment and the doors and windows are filthy! I also love that they've upgraded the equipment. Staff is super friendly and helpful!

Lots of useful equipment, most of the staff is friendly, good atmosphere, great place to work out whatever muscle groups or style you want.

During my workout between 10:40 pm and 10:50 pm at this location, I experienced an injury due to the lack of safety protections. A piece of metal struck my hand. When I went to the front desk for assistance, I found that the staff lacked proper first aid training, and the first aid supplies were expired.

Staff members are always friendly and approachable. PF in Willowick is always well kept. Equipments are always running. When out of order, things are fixed quickly. No concerns. Happy to go to gym I feel comfortable in!
