All I have to say is do not get acrylic French tip gel manicure. They did a terrible job on my feet. The My Tips is uneven all of my toes do not look the same when it comes to the shape and when she applies the color, she just slapped it on and didn’t even actually perfected and then when I tried to correct her about it, she didn’t actually even really do anything. Really messy and unprofessional. My pinky toe look like a toddler drew on it. She didn’t even make the edges of the French tips sharp. It looks sloppy. This is a very traumatic experience. This is my first time.I paid $177 for this hot mess.

Don’t do it!!!! I knew from the start I wasn’t going to like my pedicure I never had a pedicure where the water went to my ankle and they didn’t soak my feet! But I told myself it’s not the normal place and it’s an emergency! I paid $70 for a gel pedi with tip! I went home and looked at them closely and tears came to my eyes! I’m leaving for vacation and my feet look TERRIBLE! I am not one to complain either! I came back and asked if she could fix the polish she had the nerve to ask what’s wrong with them! I said we could start by polishing the entire nail and maybe making the nails even! Thankfully the gentleman is fixing them now ! Never again!! Update the gentleman fixed them but honestly the nails are uneven! The man who fixed them looked and my nails and just re did them. It’s sad $70 the water was to my ankles soaked for 5 minutes no hot towels no leg massage and not even lotion!! Lesson learned!

First time here and they were sooooo nice! Family owned shop. If you looking for pastel options or plentiful color options period... this is the place! ? They also are really good with feet that need that little "extra care" if you know what I mean. Lol. Thank you so much for taking me last minute.

If I can give no stars I would… this place is horrible… it’s like the priority is to rush u out… I paid $45 for a polish change that was supposed to be a pedicure… then the fill in was horrible as well… this place is what gives a lot of nail salons a bad name THE ONLY reason I came here is because the place I usually go is closed on Mondays and it just so happens I had Monday off work this week so it was the only time this week I could get away and go… HANDS DOWN horrible customer service and HORRIBLE fill and PEDI… ur better off having a child do it… I will be going in 6 days to have my regular place redo my nails and give me the same $45 pedi that I’m used too… LILLY NAILS IS MENTOR IS AWESOME!!! If u come here drive a little further for a way better experience for the same price..Services: Acrylic nails

I have gone here a few times and the last 2 times was terrible my nails were hacked so short it was a waste they do not put the acrylic till the cuticles so it looks like a fill is needed the same day they all broke or fell off after a week don't waste your money this place is terrible as well as the one in mentor I had a bad experience there my nails were not filled well it was rushed and looked terrible and they broke after 4 days . I am so unsatisfied I will never give them my money again .

They made my middle finger look like it was going up instead of curve down like a nail should look. Then when I went back into fix them he got upset and did not want to fix them. So he finally fixed them and didn't even reseal the gel polish just left them how they are. They also upcharged me for coffin nails but they were actually square. He tried to tell me that they are coffin, I had to go get the mannequin of nails on their front desk to show him that they're indeed squared and not coffin.
