So first my appointment was at 7pm. I did start getting my pedicure done til 8:15-8:30 . She pulls out a BUCKET and a machine that plugs into the bucket . She began to use a foot file on my feet no callus remover and don’t stop scarping until I was saying it hurts.I got 1 scrub and a hot towel massage . I got GEL polish and it’s now 14 days later and my feet are peeling horriblely I told her and she automatically came with an attitude and said I should’ve been came to her and she look at them and I forgot to mention I didn’t leave til 11pm . Naomi did a wonderful facial. I'm a mom of 3 now, and everyone was telling me how good my skin looked after, and how fresh I looked with no makeup on. Normally they all tell me I look tired lol I felt great all day

Even during our stay at home order Naomi has been amazing. She ships my products and helps via text and sent the best little note when I was having skin trauma (my own doing). I love her facials, massages, waxing services, and skin care everything is top notch! She will always be my skin care person!

Going to Luxe Skincare is like an escape into pure serenity! Naomi has created a very welcoming and warm atmosphere in her spa. It is very clean as well. Every time I visit I can expect the same level of quality service! I usually get an express facial and Naomi customizes it to my current skin needs. She takes the time to listen and discuss a plan to address my face based on the season. (hydrating refresh for any dryness during the winter, acne treatment for oily skin with caution to future sun exposure in the summer, etc) My skin is sensitive; I've never had any issues with breakouts or irritation after my facials. Naomi is very generous with providing product samples too. You can tell she really believes in their high quality so she wants her clients to experience them beyond their appointment. I've purchased several products from her as well. I never feel pressured or rushed and always leave feeling uplifted. Naomi is simply the BEST!

I went to see Olivia and it was the first time I ever had a medical massage! She explained everything very thoroughly, asked if I had any questions, was very knowledgeable, informative, and made me feel very comfortable and it was an amazing experience!! If you're looking for a professional and a great experience, Olivia is the person to go see!!! A lot of my friends would agree with me also!
