Flawless wheel alignment. My vehicle has non standard wheel offsets, and the alignment was off by a LOT, steering wheel center was off by almost 4 inches. And this place got it perfect

$600 paid and NOTHING fixed.
I paid $120 diagnostic fee as my car was overheating. They said you need to change ignition sparks and coils. I asked them clearly 3 times, is this going to fix the overheating problem they said YES! and we will test drive it after it's fixed to ensure it is not overheating.
I was told they drove it for 25 mins on the free way and left it running for 40 mins it did not overheat.
After I paid them $600, drove it home. it's overheated in 10 mins. The temperature gauge went over the middle by three bars in 10 mins.
I AM TAKING THEM TO THE COURT
UPDATE: I called those thieves as they said below in their response, to resolve my problem. They said we already responded to you.

Liars and Unprofessionals. I paid about $120 diagnostic fee, and they said they will put this toward repairs then later the manager said this is untrue and told you that he is mistaken.
He even did not even apologize, and they couldn't fix my car and ripped me off.

Place is a rip off they took advantage of my 18 year old grandson told him 90 dollars for a front end alignment ended up paying 370 dollars 250 dollars to change 1 tie rod part only costs 25 dollars and 10 minutes to change stay away from this place unless you want ripped off

Go somewhere else, I definitely won't be going back. They spring extra charges on you, without telling you upfront. I didn't even argue, I just paid it & left. I had been taking all my cars there too. I hope the $35 was worth it Sir

Decent place, I’ve been going here off & on over the last 6 years. Recently I’ve had a problem with steering wheel vibration especially upon braking . So as they were trying to fix the issue, they did a “ process of elimination “ . I ended up buying , a wheel alignment, wheel bearings , new tires , new rims/wheels , rear brakes , front control arms, all to no avail as they couldn’t figure out the problem but unfortunately for me I didn’t need any of that to fix my problem because nothing changed with the vibration . I also ended up missing a week of work because it was in their shop while they tried to fix & figure out what was wrong with my vehicle but it was at my expense.So I decided to try another shop. The guy there at the new place told me I need front rotors just off of me telling him what was going on. They replaced my front brakes & rotors, PROBLEM was FIXED . So unfortunately for me & thousands of dollars later… All I needed to do was change my front rotors because they were warped.I don’t want to believe that “I’ve been had” because I’ve been doing so much business with this place for 6 years …… but I will not be coming back here as I’ve found a cheaper & more experienced place to take my vehicles as I do not have money to be spending on things that I do NOT need.

I went in today without an appointment because I had a tire with a slow leak. I wanted to make an appointment to get it looked at. Paul asked if I had time now to get it looked at? Sure I said. I was out of there in less than an hour and the tire was fixed. It had a screw in it. Amazing speed and service!
