The guy who did my set was great. The lady who did the nail art was terrible. She was definitely rushing trying to just finish and asked me to pay before hand (my own mistake). I feel like she was trying to save on polish so very skippy with filling in and even asked her to go over them again because you could see through it. She did and still was very skippy with the polish and very rushed. I was looking to find a regular shop but it will definitely not be this shop.

My sisters nails were crooked with dents where the gemstones were added. They got very nasty and rude when we asked them to fix the poor work. Not at all what a nail salon should be. 1/2of her cuticles were ahowing the next day.

They are over priced and the place is gloomy..the atmosphere matched her husband. Had to cut all my nails back...never again..was new to the area..screw that place.. found my new place

I use to love coming here until I realized I was being ripped off and for a blotchy job at that. I know you can’t satisfy every person ever but I felt rushed everytime I went in that place. They want their business and to get you out the door in 30 minutes for a 50-60$ job. And their pedicures arnt good compared to the place I go to now. My place actually takes their time with you & doesn’t rush you out the door. You guys need to do better service and hospitality if you want more customers to choose your store over others. You can’t just rush people especially when they pay a lot of money for your service. Care a little more for your customers. And if you’re going to rush customers then you should do a better job. Countless times I had blotchy spots and paint all over my skin. They go too fast to the point it doesn’t even look good.Services: Acrylic nails

I visited K's nails recently. I had gel polish put on my toes. I absolutely love this nail salon. I just adore the owner and her husband! No doubt I will be going back! The nicest couple ever.

Spent less than 20 minutes inside then was charged 80 for acrylic nails that aren't even fully covering my nail, shaped horribly, and are crooked. do not come here if you want good service.

Garbage. 0/10 on attitudes. Either book directly with Kim if you can ignore her low vibration energy, or choose another salon. When the man does a bad job, she will NOT make it right despite the signs posted about returning within 2 days. This is a place you expect in a bad neighborhood not in Willoughby Hills. They for sure charge like they're in Willoughby Hills. Literally read the reviews and only go here if you have zero other options and feel like having a bad day.

Walked in and had a seat on the couch. I sat for 20 minutes without anyone saying hi or acknowledging that i was even there. I walked up and out. A simple hi goes a long way. On the plus side- i left and found a random little nail boutique in willoughby who greeted me and were friendly and quick to get me in.Service: Manicure
