Disrespectful fighting between two groups of teens took place right outside the front door, somewhat dirty, prepared foods hardly open and food is scarce NOT nearly like it used to be.

Very clean store, lines are not usually that busy at checkout and lines move quickly. Staff is always very helpful.

I enjoyed shopping at Giant Eagle as this was my first time. Tariq from the bakery, his customer service was exemplary.

Just met with Angelina, the pharmacy director (?), from the Giant Eagle pharmacy and was shocked at how horrible she is! Honestly, she is the worst pharmacist I have EVER encountered... And guess what? I used to teach good customer service. But I would have FIRED her if she was one of my students! Horrible customer service.
Told the store manager about her insulting behavior, and am calling the Main Giant Eagle office, as well as University Hospitals to let them know how terrible I was treated.
**Do NOT use the pharmacy!**
(...but the Giant Eagle -grocery- personnel are absolutely great!)
The pharmacy personnel really don't care about you or your medicine. And they do NOT ask for an insurance card, and will charge you full price.... With NO refund, even if you show then an insurance card later! Thank you Angelina for how polite and nice you are!

Something's off about this location. Just feels outdated. They don't have any prepared foods for lunch for instance that other locations have. Feels stuck in the past, just wish the prices were also stuck in the past. Giant Eagle does have quality groceries though.
