Chase has a program where you can load certain merchants on your cards for discounts but they don't honor the discounts loaded and won't help with the discounts they offer. As I was once told why use this bank if the other down the street offers the same or better service. This branch is usually very friendly and helpful.

Today I visited the Chase Bank in Willowick on Lakeshore Blvd. Donna was my banker, and I absolutely cannot describe the amount of professionalism, personality, intelligence and kindness she showed us. After amazing advice and such a great experience, I highly recommend this branch and Donna!

Today I visited this particular Chase Bank branch on a personal business matter. When I walked in I was happily greeted by all of the Bankers in the office... That made me very happy, and certainly boosts’ ones mood. They all were a pleasure, but Paula D. was exceptional! She took me right in and got me started immediately! She assisted me far beyond the Chase standards and was happy to do so... if ever needing to establish an account with Chase Bank, I’ll certainly do it at this particular branch, and preferably with Paula D.

This Chase Bank is a brand new location, state of the art facility and exciting! The interior is beautiful for a bank! A lot of blue accents, with a very lake vibe and it was also reminiscent of the blue colored Chase Bank logo. It's in the same location of the former 5/3 Bank, to avoid confusion. The front of the building faces Lakeshore Blvd. with a nice lake view. I went there recently and worked with banker Diana for my financial needs. She was professional, personable and patient. She answered all my questions and got the results I was looking for. The entire staff was very friendly and accommodating. I might also add that this particular location does not have an auto teller, you have to go into the building for transactions other than using the ATM and night deposits. I was told that they took the tubes away for the tellers during the renovation. I'm sure it's for safety reasons as well. I've been with Chase Bank for years now and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them, specifically at this location.
