Ahoy, seekers of remedies and provisions! I recently steered me course to Walgreens, and by the compass rose, it was a haven for necessities! The shelves were stocked like a ship's galley, laden with goods from medicines to mend your ailments to treasures for daily living. The crew, as knowledgeable and helpful as a ship's surgeon, were ready to aid in navigating the seas of health and wellness. The atmosphere was as orderly and clean as a captain's quarters, ensuring a smooth and pleasant journey through the store. The patrons, content as sailors with a full hold, found what they needed with ease. For its treasure trove of essentials and helpful crew, Walgreens gets a resounding five parrots out of five from this health-seeking pirate!

This is the Pharmacy where I get my medicine. I may change and call corporate. I called today and someone picked the phone up twice DID NOT say Anything and place me back on hold.....rude!!! It's sad when you can't get GOOD HELP anymore. Customer service is key PEOPLE!!!!

I have nothing but dissatisfaction with this pharmacy and techs. I fill my mom’s prescriptions here and I always have to wait. Sometimes more than a day. The attendants at the window seem rude. And I NEVER get a call back from them. I have even gone through the drive thru, waited 20 min, and found that only one script was filled!! What a waste of time!! Today I tried to call and the recording tells me there are at least 3 calls ahead of me. Waited on hold for 10 min and hung up. I am ecstatic that I personally can deal with CVS. Such a difference! Walgreens needs to get it together!

Ordered photos showed up 30 minutes after the estimated ready time. Staff was completely rude. Photos weren't ready and weren't going to be. Foul acting staff.

I waited 20 minutes for a curbside pickup order. They never brought it out. Never called to say they were having issues. Nothing. I have two spinal conditions that make it hard to walk so I couldn't just walk in the store. Super super super frustrated and disappointed that I had to leave without my items.

The woman who picked up the phone at the pharmacy today was so nasty for no reason- I was shocked. I don't expect much from pharmacy techs, but now I'm scared to even call about my ANXIETY MEDS or go in for pick up :(

Between the 16 minute wait in drive thru pharmacy line (I was only one in line) followed by actually going into the store to pick up prescriptions and a few other things- found staff to be unpleasant and unprofessional- I’ll continue to die a majority of my business up the street with CVS.

Their coupon system is the worst. You have to go online and join. It took me 10 minutes and then it said they were having issues. I had received a coupon on my receipt from a previous purchase, when I tried to use it, she said it would be applied to my next purchase. What a scam. I am never going back.

Today is Christmas day, and I went to Walgreens to get some photos made,The store associate who helped me out, his name was Josh, was extremely nice, very professional and friendly. While I was trying to do my photos, I was listening to him talk to other customers and he was above and beyond what an employee should be like on Christmas day when we all know he wanted to be home with his family. I will definitely return to this store.

The manager AKA Karen was upset because I was saving money by using rewards given to buy Walgreens then she and another Karen tryed making up rules I just called customer service while standing in the store then they asked me to leave the store
