I had to go to location to get my car from impound and the service is horrible I called the day before and ask what time did they close they told me 5 I get there at 4:02 and they telling me they close at 4 and couldn't service me and the staff is very rude and racist

We had scheduled airport pickup for 5:30am driver never showed and no one ever contacted us back as we tried to call to get help
