Eh, definitely been to better Targets. Every time I use the bathroom here, no matter what day or hour, it looks disgusting, like the floors are never washed and the stalls aren't checked on. I've never seen anyone working the fitting room that is actually letting you in, so I'm always left to wonder if they doors are open or not. And lately the women's clothes all suck. So gaudy

Dont have items in the right location. When the item doesnt scan cashier will have you go back and take photos of the locstion, tell you that you are wrong and attempt to charge you double what the item shoukd ring up for saying that online that is the price.....despite only is not always from target.

Hire more cashiers. Less self checkouts. Very lousy store. Get better. Rude worker. Get better at customer service.

They seem to think a store can operate with only 1 cashier, and 1 "attendant" watching over the self checkouts. They did the math, and it looks good on the books. But they forgot the human variable. I witnessed a man freakout in the store today because of the lack of customer service and available registers with actual cashiers. Strangely enough, after he freaked out, they magically opened up a register. Apparently the idea is that these stores are going to keep pushing us until they meet resistance. I learned something today, if you want to get a register opened up, cause a scene in Target. Thanks!
Update: I WALKED AROUND THE STORE, THERE'S EMPLOYEES JUST CHIT CHATTING STOCKING THINGS, CLEANING. WHAT ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS? THE CUSTOMERS ARE THE TOP PRIORITY!!!! WHY IS THERE ONLY 1 REGISTER OPEN? ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU KNOW YOU GUYS JUST SWITCHED OVER FROM TARGET RED TO TARGET CIRCLE. PEOPLE ARE CONFUSED AT THE SELF CHECKOUTS AND IT'S CAUSING SO MANY DELAYS. THIS IS INSANE!
I'LL TRY THE TARGET IN MENTOR NEXT TIME, IM DONE! ONLY AN EXTRA 5 MILES, IF IT SAVES ME THE HEADACHE, SO BE IT! :)

4/8/24.. I as *RUSTY, after entering my phone number for my rewards did it go through..HE BLOWED ..I GUESS so..Can you check? Blowed again ....you are customer service DO YOUR JOB..called over *DESMOND he did nothing brushed it under the rug...RUSTY implied what BECAUSE I DID NOT DANCE FOR YOU. He needs to be fired. He creates a HOSTILE enviroment. I spend money and my time in this store I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED WITH THIS TYPE OF BEHAVIOR? I will call next week when KARLEE returns. AND. CORPORATE!!!!

The CVS in Target is the best CVS i have ever been too. the pharmacist always goes above and beyond for you. every time i have an issue with the Dr. office or the insurance company they always seem to get it right!
