“The store was well organized and clean. The assistant asked what I needed when I walked in the door, escorted me to the self-serve large scanning equipment, and then to my surprise immediately proceeded to perform the 3 scanning jobs herself as I must have appeared unfamiliar with the machines. I really appreciated the young lady's assistance, and she didn't miss a beat as she occasionally stepped away to help other customers as needed. Her name was not on the receipt for my Saturday 3/16 visit at 3:36p, but I couldn't thank her enough for being professional, friendly, and knowledgeable about the proper scanning settings to make sure my architectural scans were legible and complete!”
“Hello my name is Jalene and I have been to the FedEx store on Richmond in the plaza where Dave's grocery store is, several times and I'm always impressed by the young people who work there that are so friendly and helpful. My most recent trip to the store there was a gentleman behind the register name Cassius and this young man went above and beyond the call of duty helping me find things on my phone that needed to be printed out with an order that I did not anticipate needing but he knew I needed it and I just wanted to publicly thank him.”

“Extremely friend staff, I use them all the time for Amazon returns and sales. They even have a station where you can self scan and drop your items in a box to return to avoid the line. Sometimes I feel like I'm the only one who uses it which is a plus for me since it means no waiting, it also does give you a drop off receipt too!”

“I am thrilled that this UPS store is under new ownership! The owner and staff members are friendly, greet me with a smile, and work quickly and efficiently. Rarely do I have to wait in line. The previous store owner and employees were in complete contrast to the current experience. It was so unpleasant going there that I would often go to the store in east Mentor or Willoughby - not close for me. I have a small sewing business and each of my items is irreplaceable as they are made from clothes that my clients send me. In 15 years of business, I had one lost package by the USPS. Since then, I have trusted UPS for my shipping with great results. When the drop-off experience is pleasant, as it has been with the new owners, it makes going to the store 2-3 times per week enjoyable. I highly recommend this store!”
