We are moving into a new home in Fairport Harbor. We checked out a lot of furniture stores only to find mediocre quality. We stumbled across Sheraton while on an errand. Wayne went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. He was so knowledgeable and accommodating! We wanted Amish furniture and this store has it all! Your ability to customize size and a variety of details makes this well worth the wait and price. If you are looking for quality, give Wayne a call at this special store.
UPDATE: We have now received our new bedroom set, dining set and coffee and end tables! Everything is beautifully made and we are very happy with the quality and workmanship. Highly recommend!

The best place to shop for furniture. There is no pressure. Staff is the best. Robyn helped me with my choices. She is excellent, friendly, and very good at interior design. Love this store.

Salesperson was helpful and not pushy. The piece we purchased was defective from the factory and the owner took all necessary steps to correct it without a fight. It's unusual to see a retailer demonstrate that customer satisfaction is so important to them.

We needed a sleeper sofa to accommodate guests in our small home, specifically for the upcoming Eclipse in NE Ohio.
After moving to Lake County, I learned about Sheraton Furniture.
I already had a Flexsteel sofa, so wanted to match that product look and feel, plus integrate a new color that fit our current decor.
—Our sales associate Wayne understood our needs and worked with us to find the right Flexsteel solution.
All the good news:
—Sheraton called us to advise when the product would ship from the Flexsteel facility to their site.
—After they checked the product, they called to schedule delivery.
—They confirmed the delivery on the designated date.
—The drivers called to confirm. Though I missed the call for an earlier delivery, the drivers accommodated my early afternoon availability.
—Delivery reps John and Dave arrived on time.
—They carefully assessed how best to bring in the sleeper sofa into our home. and put down floor padding.
—Once the sofa was placed, they worked to remove lint and any other few stray fabric issues from the manufacturing process.
—They showed us how to open the bed, and also the elevated upper end of the mattress for sleepers.
—They provided the Flexsteel documentation.
After looking at the now new sofa — and our earlier Flexsteel cranberry leather sofa, this worked!
If I were still in the corporate world and was screening for best employees, the service I saw today plus what we experienced with Wayne in the sales process would have nailed that!

After shopping at 4 different furniture stores, I just bought a couch and chair at an amazing price with free delivery, even splitting the delivery between two homes! Sheraton Furniture in Willoughby was wonderful to work with from start to finish! Everything was perfect. The sales people were extremely patient, kind, and helpful (not pushy in the least bit!). The communication was superb! The delivery was timely and perfect with friendly and respectful delivery men. I couldn't ask for anything more. Sheraton will definitely be my first stop (and possibly only stop!) the next time I need anything. I highly recommend this great team!
