Great place to live. Very well kept, friendly owner and maintenance is always on top of things. Pet friendly, with friendly neighbors. Workout room and banquet center is nice, the heated pool is nice in the summer.

Just signed a 1 year lease for #705. Paid cash upfront for 6 months. Its an ok place. Nice breeze in the windows. But who is the weirdo in #703 who always has the little boys coming over. Someone should look into it.
