Worse bank!!! Took them 15 minutes to process a deposit. Already took most of my money to other banks since their service has been repeatedly horrible and their rates are not competitive.

The only manager at this branch is just awful. Whenever I go in here, the tellers are amazing and so are the bankers. But they all seem so unhappy working here. I don't know if it's the branch or the bank altogether that makes them unhappy being there. But from personal experience, the manager should NOT be management. It seems like everyone there likes their job but hates their boss. Apparently she's useless when it comes to helping employees and even worse, customers. I've closed my account because of this branch, and by that, I mean management. HIGHER UP'S!! Pay attention to the management you place in your branches. You have amazing employees who are willing to walk out because of crappy managers.

Always have a problem at this location. I started my banking with PNC due to my family all having PNC accounts and this location makes me want to switch banks. Incompetent individuals working here who never listen to what you have to say, everyone has a know it all attitude, everything's always running slow and are just plain rude. To add, their drive up ATM machine is a JOKE, looks like it's been beaten with a knife, can barely read the screen, why on earth would I feel safe putting my money in and taking it out of a horrendous looking ATM machine. If they hadn't closed the location in Willoughby Hills I would never come here, I purposely drive out of my way to the Mayfield location and never had any issues. For context I called both locations today to get a new card printed; Willoughby stated I needed an appointment to get a new card, didn't have any appointment available for days and any location I wanted to go to would also require an appointment. Mayfield stated I could walk in and get my new card printed same day, no appointment needed. Inconsistency issues are a huge red flag, if more issues like this arise, I will have to switch banks as I don't need additional stress and a headache from the financial institution in which I keep my money. RIDICULOUS!

Everyone here is so polite and is doing their absolute best. During these times, it is hard to find and keep work so I appreciate these people for putting up with the entitlement of some of these other people I see. Great experience and i understand the torment of retail myself. Keep it up!

Went in to get quarters and pennies and was told that they didn't have any? umm, what bank doesn't have change but told me that if I knew someone that wanted a job, they were hiring. FOH, I wouldn't tell anyone to work there
