Appreciated the personable and caring staff who helped me over the phone on creating an Easter garden basket for an elderly couple and taking careful delivery instructions. I did not see the end result but the couple called me just thrilled and describing to me how wonderful it was.

Made a call here at 11:30 to have some flowers sent to a funeral home by 4pm. The lady who answered was so very helpful, put together a lovely planter with some flowers added and had it delivered before the calling hours began. Wonderful product and service. Thank you!!!

Ordering from out-of- state is always a risk. Prefer to call the florist, rather than FTD. Not happy with it in the past. Very happy we called direct! Woman who took my order was excellent! Arrangement was exactly as requested! We were texted a photo. Just beautiful! Would highly recommend them! Thank you for making my Aunt smile!

I had call another florist in the area , to deliver 2 white roses and baby's breath to a resident in the same location would cost me $60. Plant Magic did what I asked for way less and didn't hesitate to help me . Excellent service and friendly

I ordered two bouquets to be delivered and was super disappointed with my choice of the type of flowers they delivered. I was told that what I am willing to spend will get me a nice arrangement, and this is what I received. I am super disappointed and actually embarrassed that this was from me. Not planning to use this Florist in the future.
