After owning the car for extended periods it is clear the car had far, far more issues than was made clear, and I have had to spend hefty amounts of money to fix the vehicle. There were many half hearted band-aid fixes through the vehicle that only lasted shortly until after purchase, to the point where a check engine light appeared on the dash about 30 minutes after rolling off the lot. Ever since the fixes have been a constant headache, and I feel like I overpaid for a vehicle that was in a state the dealer knew would not last without pumping funds into it, so instead it was sold without the repairs it needed beforehand to actually line up with the described condition. The only day this car was fully functional without issue was the very first day, in that first 30 minutes before the check engine light appeared. I will never do business here again.

We had been looking for a Smart Car Convertible for a long time. My wife found one on line at Neo Classics. Drove about 60 miles to see it. Liked it a lot. Price was good. Came back the next day and purchased it. Thanks John!

I highly recommend NeoClassics I purchased two cars from there that I absolutely love. The family owned business really cared and had patience while we test drove a few cars before I selected the two I picked, very nice friendly very professional it was a pleasant experience with no pressure. Every car they have is clean and reasonably priced to!!!

No cover ups , John tells it like it is,if he says its a gem it is. Very professional, he takes care of all the paperwork, title,tax,down to the temp tag. Definitely satisfied!

John is a very honest and straightforward person to deal with. He does not misrepresent his vehicles, and is truly a car enthusiast. You can already tell this by looking at his inventory. If I was looking to purchase a unicorn, I would do so, without hesitation from his dealership.

I just purchased a vehicle from here this past weekend, and I have to say there was exceptional service from start to finish! John at Neoclassics was friendly, knowledgeable, and transparent throughout the entire process. I initially found the car online, and when I came to see it in person it was exactly as he had described. He made going through the purchasing process incredibly simple, answered all of my questions without hesitation, and had the car detailed and ready to go when I came to pick it up. Great selection of used cars friendly helpful every thing went smooth I bought a car Lydia was very helpful in getting me financing the car needed AC compressor they fixed that with no hesitation before it left the lot I would buy again they are a good dealer that does not try to push garbage off on you remember you are buying used they are never going to be perfect

I bought a car here and they wrote on the buyers order that they would fix the check engine light. A week later the check engine light came back on for the same issue. Turned out that a wiring harness issue ($$$) that could not have been missed in the previous diagnosis/fix was ignored. Obviously this higher cost fix was something the seller did not want to incur... buyer beware.
Unique cars in their inventory, purchase was simple enough but if the vehicle has known issues that they say they will fix then know the cheapest route is the one that will be taken.
