I have been trying to call for three days to find out the status of my prescription refill. No one has answered all three days even after holding on the phone for over an hour each day. I finally had to end up walking in to get a simple status.
April 2020
Went to pick-up a prescription for Renexa on 4-3 and was told that it would not be available until the truck delivered 4-6. They acted like I was an inconvenience to them for expecting the drug to be in stock. I went across the street to Walgreens and they had in stock. Don't go to this CVS.

Wow. Currently on hold to speak to someone in the pharmacy for 20 minutes now. 20 minutes. The techs are clueless and have been giving me the run around about my prescription. Horrible pharmacy. Try mentor or mol. This one is a bust.
