This specific Lowe’s Store is the place to shop if you preferred horrible service. If you ask four different opinions about where an item is located, you’ll get four different locations. I was even told you half to order that item online…bunk.
I recently shopped at this store in need of a foot length of hose. Two employees said they didn’t know where in the hose was located. So, I pushed the help button (as suggested by an employee), near where I thought the stock hose would be located. The employee walked away. I heard the overhead announcement state “customer help needed at isle “X.” After waiting 10 min., I thought I’d wait to see what would happen. During an additional 45 min., 6 employees walked passed me. An additional 2 employees walked passed me twice, even though I asked them for help. What gives? The employee who suggested I push the help button walked passed twice, never asking if I get help.
Ultimately if found what I was looking for AFTER AN HOUR.
Having spent 10s of thousands of dollars at Lowe’s over the years, I can tell you, Lowe’s Store’s are one of the worst, if not the worst shipping experiences I have had in my lifetime.
I have also overheard four Lowes’s employees discuss how “they hate helping customers…they’d rather spend their time stocking shelves.” ARE YOU KIDDING ME?”
This lack of customer support is astonishing! I have shared my deplorable repeated POOR customer dis-services with friend and family, many whom had already left for Home Depot to shop. And, as long as this Willoughby, OH continues to provide horrible customer service, I will shared my experiences.
I looked for an item this evening, but couldn’t find it. I again got 4 different opinions from four different employees. After shopping for 38 min. for one item, I finally made my purchase.
A message to this store’s Manager, Dave, your hiring employee who have zero competence in customer service. Keep it up, and your store will join the long list of stores which have closed their doors.
Incompetence starts at the top.

Nightmare trying to talk to someone by phone. Disconnected repeatedly, asked for a manager and of course got disconnected ( hung up on).

This one star is for the drivers of the Lowe's trucks that drive on our street (Robinhood) and don't drive the speed limit (25 mph). They drive like they're always in a hurry and need to slow down on our residential street.. Update: On a Thursday morning (June 27) @ 8:20a, again a Lowe's truck speeding, driving in the middle of the road and then rolled through the stop sign & didn't make a complete stop.. I will keep texting updates until your drivers learn to slow down !!

Do not ever order any sub contacting service from them they will give you the run around from months until you just break down and do it on your own

Don’t bother shopping here store management is rude as well is most of the staff here if you can a really find anyone to help you. Shop local. There are plenty of other places like ace or even a small hardware store in painsville that is far better and more deserving of your money.

Melissa L. From the Willoughby Ohio store is fantastic. Out of the other 5 people I talked to she was the only one to help me with my online order. She explained clearly and has the patience of a saint.

If I could leave no stars I would, I asked an employee for a bag to put over my gardening soil so it didn't spill all over in my car and he told me they're for employees only. When I literally just watched him help another customer infront of me help him bag up the broke soils bags. His name was Gram I believe but he's a terrible employee I would recommend he be retrained on customer service and or find another job. This will greatly impact me being a future customer unless theirs some resolve. Thank you for your time
