I abhor car shopping but Leikin and my sales person, Ryan, made it actually pleasurable. There was no high pressure sale and they were very transparent about everything. They washed the car and filled the tank (something another popular dealer did not do weeks ago when my daughter purchased). Ryan even followed up a few days later to see if everything was okay. I highly recommend Leikin!

They did a great job on some warranty work. Quick turnaround too. They bring me a loaner so I don't have to drive to their location. Excellent service. Dave is very easy to work with and explains things well.

I had a 2008 Toyota Matrix; a friend loved it and gave me some cash which I used as a down payment. Looked 500 miles from me for a reliable car only to find it at Leikin dealership at 220 miles from me. Bella Cole was the best helping to get the 2019 Toyota Highlander; test driving was the best with a good radio station playing nice music. She stayed longer after her shift to make sure the process went well. I recommend this car dealership.

I don't understand how communication between myself, Julius, Francesco, Ms. Cole and Brain Rapoport broke down. I set an appointment with you Julius to come and see the S90 Volvo for sale on Monday 8/22/22. You told me it just arrived, and need inspecting before I could come and see it. You “said” maybe on Tuesday. Ms. Cole you called me Monday afternoon concerning finance for car which we discussed my Paying Cash for the Car. you later emailed me saying car will be ready by noon Tuesday and I could come any time after that. I transferred 40,0000 dollars to my account and drove two plus hours from Buffalo to your dealership in Ohio. 10 Minute away from you I get calls from several of you saying the car was sold late Monday Night. Brain and Francesco, you too are the worst. when I came into your dealership, Francesco immediately started blaming me for the mix-up saying I didn't make an appointment and the car was sold late Monday Night. Brain all you could say was sorry and we can try and find you another. Do you think I want to travel back to Cleveland trusting Leikin to treat me fairly. Every one of you knew I was coming or should have known I was coming to see that car. Why didn't you call me early Tuesday morning before I left Buffalo! Will never do business with you or recommend the people in the Buffalo, NY and surrounding area to travel that distance and be treated that way. Pastor Ken Darden!

Great experience with the service department. They were on time, I was able to use a loaner car for the day, and they explained everything to me. I will use them for all of my future Volvo needs!

I had been researching a nice used car for my daughter for a very long time and was having no luck finding the right one when I happened by the Leikin website. They are known for carrying some very high end cars, and the one that I found on their website was not a brand that they carry and far from new. However, it was in amazing shape and a perfect fit for us. Even though we weren't there to spend on a new car, they treated us like we were. Bob Alponat worked with us and treated us like we were the most important thing in his day. We ended up buying the car at a great price (it was spotless but they washed it again anyway... AND FILLED THE GAS TANK!). Wonderful experience, and I am am seriously considering jumping ship to a Volvo for my next car. Side note, the day after I got it home, it was making a light squealing sound, Bob insisted that we bring it in, and the techs there found a little issue and fixed for us for no questions!

Matt Nagy and the rest of the team at Leikin Volvo were extremely kind and helpful with getting me into a new car as my previous Volvo lease (which I had done through another dealership) was ending. Every person I worked with was kind, professional and very easy to work with. I would definitely recommend getting your next car with Leikin, as I know this is where I'll be going from now on!

We were happily greeted by Ryan Thaler when we went shopping for a certified pre owned Volvo recently. He had pulled up both of the cars we chatted about over emails and had them ready for a test drive upon our arrival. He took time to show us all of the features of the cars, and explain the similarities and advantages over our current Subaru. He and the used car manager Brett Leikin then took the time to actively search national databases to find us the perfect vehicle. If your in the market to get exactly what you want, I would highly recommend getting up to Leikin Volvo and meeting their exceptional staff
