I just gotta say that Jillian is the BEST. After a hectic appointment mixup (at no fault to her) I messaged Jillian and explained the situation and she was super flexible and cut my hair at the last minute and seriously, I was blow away. The level of professionalism and expertise that she displayed is truly amazing. Can't wait to visit her again, thank you so so much for today Jillian. You're the best
