This would be 0 stars if it could be.1. I called Great Lakes Glass after a referral from another shop on the west side. I asked to set up an appointment and was told they had appointments from 8a - 12p, and 1p - 4p. I asked for 3p when I knew I could be free on a day 5 days out. I was told they schedule appointments from 8a - 12p, and 1p - 4p. I was inside that window so I was confused. She said they don't schedule specific times, just 4 hour windows. OK, that's a bit unusual- all of the other places who have given me quotes for the same work have picked a specific time- but OK. we said 1-4 on Nov 8. I was told I would get a call 30 minutes before the estimator was to arrive.2. Nov 8 - 1PM nothing; 2PM nothing; 3PM nothing; 4 PM nothing. I called the shop and spoke with the owner who was VERY apologetic and promised that, if I would allow it, he would have someone out within 30 minutes. 10 minutes later I get a call from someone who is on his way and will be at my house in 20 minutes.3. He arrives. I don't know his name. He told me he was supposed to be there earlier, but just messed up. He measured and left in 15 minutes, promising an email with the quotes the next day.4. It is now Nov 15. I have had no email, no call, no anything from Great Lakes Glass.If you want nothing- no estimator at the scheduled time, no quote, and no follow up. Call Great Lakes Glass. If you actually want something, I would call anyone else.I will, obviously, not be giving them my business.The owner, Mike claims to have sent me an email on Nov 9. I have checked all my email accounts, spam and junk mail, nothing. I'm not sure where the email was sent, but if I had a customer leave me a review this extensive and unhappy, who never got the email I claim to have sent, I would have called that customer to ensure i sent it to the right place. Again, nothing.

Worked with me on rush job. Ensured everything was perfect. And all at a great price. Great Lakes Glass beat the competition in value, professionalism, quality of work and price! Great experience. Highly recommend!

Very professional and friendly staff. Had glass cut for our green house 2ft-6ft I'm very happy with the finished product and even got the glass earlier then the promised date. Thank you Great Lakes Glass

Great Lakes Glass to the rescue. Our place was broken into in the middle of night and called them first thing in the morning. Not only did they fit me in and took care of the issue within a few hours. They are Fast, Efficient, and Professional. Thank you!!

I took a vintage vanity tray here to have the fractured mirror replaced. No only did they create a new mirror, they also put it back together for me. Reasonably priced and it was ready for pick up the next day.
