When the hours read 9-8pm it means employees are walking to their car at 8 and closed the windows and left at 7:50. But don’t worry if you call Cust care to ask Lisa will act like it’s your fault and hang up on you. Hopefully Frank will do some training. Pharmacy’s need to be counted on for prescriptions. Better only be sick in the middle of the day. That’s most convenient for pharmacy staff.

Twice this pharmacy has been able to fill my prescription the same day, when the Willowick location refuses. Not only were they filled the same day, but within 5 minutes. The pharmacist, Jimmy, was so kind when taking my call. He deserves a raise for doing the job of two stores orders, and keeping a smile on his face while doing so. Thank you for restoring my faith in good customer service!

Another GAF location! I walked up to a cashier who had nobody in line. She was laying with both elbows on the configure playing on her cell phone. I walked up, completing my transaction. She did not bag my groceries, turned around and started talking to both another employee at the register behind her and a supervisor, just chitchatting about stuff I stood there with my receipt and my groceries, and she did nothing. I actually had to beg my own groceries and walk away. The supervisor said nothing but engage her in small talk. What the hell!?

I love this pharmacy with the many many back orders they are dealing with regarding medication they work with me to the best of their abilities. Jimmy the pharmacist is always willing to answer any questions I have. I’ve been with this pharmacy for many years and I’ve always been happy!

We have never used Giant Eagle pharmacy before, have always used CVS Pharmacy. Just a few days ago my family member was admitted into the hospital and was given several new expensive medications. We were told that Giant Eagle is cheaper than CVS with medications, so we switched to Giant Eagle for the time being. After being discharged from Hillcrest we went straight to this pharmacy to pick up new medication. There was a line of cars. We pulled up to the window at 6:02 (rudely found out they close at 6:00). Pharmacy tells us they only have 24 of the 60 pills and that we could come back tomorrow for them. This is a medication that needed to be taken TODAY, not tomorrow. The Pharmacist was beyond rude and not helpful at all! I’m sure we could’ve figured something out and left happy but the pharmacist again, was beyond rude and put out that we were even there. Told us numerous times that he only took us as courtesy bc they closed at 6. It was 6:02 when we pulled up to the window. We pulled away and went to CVS. Open 24 hours and treated MUCH better!! To the male pharmacist working on 3/4/23 at 6:02pm, you sir are the reason I will always talk ill about Giant Eagle Pharmacy in Willoughby! You are rude and inconsiderate!!! Do better!! Thank you CVS for being open and NICE AND HELPFUL!!

If you are in need of some good hot foods for a decent price check out Giant Eagle. They have some of the best grocery store fried chicken in the Cleveland area. I ordered a meal for my family with mixed chicken, mashed potatoes and macaroni and cheese. I was pleasantly surprised that all the sides were well seasoned and tasty. I'm usually pretty picky about my macaroni but theirs was nice cheesy and the noodles where perfectly cooked. The mashed potatoes were whipped which I liked and not lumpy. Overall we had a great dinner and my family was full and satisfied.

I would like to buy food too, the stores Corona hours do not work for me. I understand there is a pandemic, but I also understand that I need food as well. It is extremely unhealthy to eat fast food every day and for a year and a half now. And with my schedule where I work all day, I have absolutely no time to go shopping during the day and can only shop at night. And with how short we have been at work with fewer employees I have to cover and work on my off days and do more hours on my already scheduled days. The only time that I have to actually do some grocery shopping is after midnight when I get out of work. Please open back up to your normal times, Ohio has had 0 deaths from the Coronavirus for the last 3 months. Grocery stores closing early has created an even more unhealthy environment for people. We depend on food from your grocery store to lead heathy lifestyles. This has been a terrible addition to the already terrible pandemic, the not so easy access to food that is healthy for you. Obesity is the real killer in America and this action, of closing down the grocery stores earlier, only created more obese people that are already at high risk of dying from the Corona.All I want to do is buy groceries again.

The staff here are all so friendly. It is a clean store with great selection. Especially during COVID they have really made sure the carts and registers are clean. I have no reason to shop at another store.
