Staff was very nice and helpful! I brought in some items to the shop and they were very honest about the items that I brought! Great customer service! Very cute clothing and jewelry! Would definitely make the trip back and recommend this place to a friend!

Incredibly passive aggressive owner. Great inventory? Yes. Warm, welcoming, hospitable environment? No. It is extremely unprofessional to complain about and condescend customers WHEN around customers and even more unprofessional to make condescending comments to a customer's face. Not once. Not twice. Three times the owner made condescending comments to me and my friend's faces, as well as grumbled and talked to herself loudly about us. We were not disrespectful to the clothing. We were not loud and obnoxious "girls." Very rude. I will not be recommending this store to other people, and will encourage my friend to write a very truthful (low) review of this store and it's owner.Very disappointing.

Pretty disappointing experience. My friend and I were having a fun afternoon looking for dresses for an event and the owner made numerous passive aggressive and condescending comments under her breath and to our faces. We were careful to respect the garments but overall we felt like our presence was an unwelcomed burden and nuisance. I was determined to leave with a dress but the atmosphere was completely deflated so I didn't finish trying on the dresses I had picked out.

Honestly, this place might be good for buying, but a bad place for selling. We took a ton of clothing to them to consign. They accepted a huge number of clothes and only offered $50. There were a ton of brand new, with tags items that were worth well more than $400 retail and $200 resale. She was not willing to negotiate or even explain how she came to the prices she did. I could have taken the clothes and walked, but felt unable to do so at the time. It's honestly no wonder there was a BMW in the back lot. I can almost guarantee it was the owner's. I took kids clothes to Once Upon a Child and received $26.25 for less clothes in worse condition, worth less money. I will not be returning.

Don’t answer calls or emails, hours vary and not open many times. Won’t pay people who are owed money from clothes that are sold. Unprofessional!!

Unprofessional staff! They don't pay their people who have brought clothes in for months and will only allow to give money a certain time per month! Hours are extremely varied and will be closed for no reason. They don't answer the phone or return phone calls and emails. Disgusted!!
