Drive CLE was one of the best used car dealerships I’ve ever dealt with. They went above and beyond to help fix a check engine light that came on after the car was purchased. They even kept the car overnight to give their mechanic more time to figure out the problem, which he did! They brought the car to my house the next day, so I wouldn’t have to drive the couple of hours back to their dealership!

Chose to wait a while before I left a review. Set up an appointment to check out a 1 owner 09 Impala. Car was ready for me when I arrived. Everything went smooth until we hit a snag with my bank but Davor went out of his way to make sure I left with a car. Going on 2 months and my Impala rides great! Great place to buy a car

Highly recommend Drive CLE. Jake and Davor were awesome to work with. When the Sienna I bought had a (small) issue right after I purchased it, they went above and beyond to make sure it was taken care of.

I just bought a car here and was very pleased. They held the car for me, even when there was a buyer there because I had an appointment and was on the way!
Very pleasant people to deal with, and great prices as well. Would definitely recommend.

Just left this place with a friend. He scheduled (text message) an appointment to see a truck he wanted to purchase. Arrived there the truck was already sitting outside. We are thinking it is outside for his scheduled appointment. The guy comes out and states that he had someone from "out of town" coming to see the truck. Basically disregarded that he had an appointment as well. The guy did still allow my friend to test drive the truck. As he was pulling back up from the test drive, the other person pulled up. The car guy proceeds to tell my friend, well they had a scheduled appointment. HELL So did my friend, it didn't seem to matter. He even showed the guy the messages. Again it still did not matter. My friend really wanted and was ready to purchase the vehicle. Was told he had to wait and see if they ( the other person from out of town) wanted it. What?? How?? The whole time the car guy and his assoiciate tried to make small talk about another car that i knew he was not going to be interested in, or other cars that were higher in price. (Again still nothing he was interested in). Anyhoo, long story short, they overlooked and disregarded my friend and his money and sold the car to the "out of town" people. I would not recommend, nor will I ever send any business their way. The same might happen to you with the "out of town" people.

Test drove couple of the cars and Jake has been very helpful with the price and all the information we wanted to know. I would recommend this place for sure. In addition he even stayed for couple hours longer after work hours.

We recently purchased a car for our son and could not be more pleased with our experience at DRIVE CLE. We had an idea of what we were looking for and although he didn’t initially have it in stock Davor worked to find us the perfect vehicle at the right price. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient answering any questions we had. It is evident he is very focused on customer satisfaction which is much appreciated. We could not be more pleased with our experience at Drive CLE. First of all, they were very accommodating with our schedules and were willing to meet us there in the evening to check out their inventory. We purchased a vehicle from them and the very next morning, the check engine light was on. Even though we purchased this as an "AS-IS", I text the owner about it and within minutes he text me right back and said bring it in, and they replaced the Oxygen Sensor on it for us at no charge. We highly recommend this dealership. They were very kind the entire process. I also must mention the place itself, is immaculate.
