What a wonderful location! Bob the cashier is such a kind, helpful, patient individual that really cares about the customers as well as the store there in Willoughby. I had never been to this location yet I will return due to Bobs amazing attitude.

I came to Dollar General today to grab some things I needed for Easter and was able purchase everything I was looking for. The store was clean and organized. One of the nicest gentleman named Jose helped me, he was so helpful!! I wouldn’t have been able to finish my shopping trip with out him!!

Very helpful and courteous staff. The store has pretty much everything from dairy products to lawn and garden supplies. The Willoughby store was atypical of what I’ve seen previously (similar discount stores) as far as customer service and insuring you found everything you needed. Well done.
