This is one of the lowest ratings you can possibly have especially somebody that's supposed to be customer service oriented the one Bank associate nmos ID number 98033 miss m u n d y we're not open up a checking account for me because it was late in the day and I guess you had some place to go! How do these people carry a mortgage license as well would you want to get financial advice from her on your mortgage I highly doubt it I would never go in the store and see her maybe the other girls do a good job! I just know if she doesn't want to work or had to leave early she should have just left for that I give the bank one star I'm sorry that's just the way it's going to be

They tell me to call in 800 number I do, the customer service tells me to go to the branch, I’ve got 3+ hours invested and nothing solved.

First time at this branch and any Citizens Bank. Promptly greeted, little wait time and Maureen was great with setting up new accounts. She made sure online access and debit cards worked before we left as well.

Unfortunately, was left feeling absolutely disgusted due to my Questions/Concerns were disregarded via phone call with branch manager Kim Basile. I went into the Willoughby Location on 4/29/2019 to deposit a check, while at the location I was reassured I would have no issues due to this was a time sensitive situation to ensure that the funds were available. Unfortunately I was provided false information by the citizens employee while at the location. I called into the location to Express my concerns and obtain advisement on my options due to being put in a difficult situation due to false advisement from employee and spoke to branch manager Kim Basile would asked me "if I was done speaking" and proceeded to hang up on me when I expressed I didnt feel like I was being taken seriously and I didnt believe my situation was being handled professionally or properly and that its unfortunate that the branch manager and employee can treat a client this way with no repercussions. I requested information to file a report and was hung up on. Very unfortunate situation. I called into citizens and made a complaint against this branch manager. I personally am very distraught by this experience and lack of professionalism as well as knowledge. I do not reccomend this location nor do I reccomend a bank that allows clients to be treated in this manner it's very discouraging.

Im a paycheck to paycheck person at the moment. One day I came in and asked to take out whatever my remaining balance was. I was told I had a few things on hold so they gave me an amount I could take out to avoid overdrafts. 10 days later I check my bank statement and notice I had been charged roughly 130 in fees. came in and the older woman who helped me remembered me and our conversation. easy fix right? wrong I was paired with some young kid who really didnt know what he was doing and was having me call customer service to see if they could fix it.... they couldnt... after stating that you guys made an error. im not mad but Im not leaving until you fix it. the disgusting woman of a manager comes into the office screaming that the boy had an appointment and that I was not their concern. I tried to explain the problem to her but was cut off and told I was unwelcome in "her" bank. fire that trash disgusting woman and the issue should fix itself. other than her, the staff was nice. just a bit cluelesss. wanted to edit. the location on vine by walmart is where I go. the ladies there treat you like royalty and at least appear to care about the customer.

Nothing but fees, the customer service is bad, and you'll likely end up frustrated and cheated after a few years of business with them. Choose a different bank!

If you have a choice. Choose another bank. Ever since Citizens bank too over from Charter One the customer service has gone down hill. It seems that no matter how long you've done business with them you're just a number.
