Deposited a check and they placed a ten day hold on it before I could access the funds. I could of just to the check to 5/3 the bank it came from and just cashed it that day.

My car broke down in their parking lot, and the employees were very nice and helped me out. One of the employees offered to let me use his jump pack to attempt to start it. Overall the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Always use the drive-thru ATMs & noticed one is an older model & the other new. The new one processes faster & the touch screen’s sensitivity is better. The older one takes a bit longer to load & you have to pound your fingers for it to work. Be careful when leaving since the side where McDonald’s drive-thru is at can be a safety hazard.

What's the point of keeping money in the bank if you can't access it when you need it? Both atms not working and branch doesn't open until 9. Not pheasible for someone who works a regular 9-5 to access their money..

Chase website says this branch is closed everyday & not even the ATM is open! Weather event is over, so what's happening?

Opened Chase credit card and made a purchase. Chase did not let charge go throught and blocked my card. Called them to resolve it , confirmed my charge, everything and thay said its under review and want me to email my social security card. Really? Who would do that?! Go with Amex or city card. Much better customer service and and easier to work with.

I have been banking here for a long time and have never had any problems. They are always very courteous and kind! To the guy who was so disgusted, try making an appointment, duh.

Have been trying to open an account for nearly three months. They are always too busy for me. The 11th time trying to open an account the person who could help me said they were "too busy reading" to open my account. What a dump, it's worth the drive to go elsewhere.

Professional, secure, friendly. As with all Cleveland banks, policies vary for interest on accounts, annual fees, fees for off-bank transactions, etc. Make a spreadsheet and compare features of the top ten banks listed and make your choice. All things considered, I'm happy with Chase
