“Deposited a check and they placed a ten day hold on it before I could access the funds. I could of just to the check to 5/3 the bank it came from and just cashed it that day.”
“Through an agreement I can use Firefighters Community Credit Union (FFCCU) through shared branching that allows me as a member of a different credit union that's out of town to use FFCCU's services as if I was a member of FFCCU. I have never had a bad experience working with FFCCU and appreciate that they have helped me make large deposits, get money orders, cashier checks, count coins and treated my kids well when they've come in to bank.”

“Customer service is pretty good for a bank. They are usually helpful.. they deal with a lot of customers so you just got to be patient sometimes. ?.
If you have multiple bank accounts you may want to avoid the Huntington Bank on Reynolds Road in Mentor because they've screwed up and put my money in the wrong account twice I don't know why that is but best to use the Willoughby branch or a different branch.”
