I really hate there customer service they have the rudest people to answer there phones.. with no additional information to provide regarding your concern, when I called customer service in regards of an issues they kept giving me completely different answers. DO NOT FILE a dispute claim with these people it take up to 45 days to get your money back this is the ONLY bank … that does that they have no fight for there customers what so ever they are by far the worst bank I ever worked with IN LIFE …

This is a new branch in Willoughby! Its staffed now & is so convenient. There’s no teller but they have 2 ATMs!
