I've been into several of their stores and always had a good time chatting with the employees. They know their stuff. Recently stopped into the new shop in Macedonia and was amazed at how well it was laid out. The guys there were helpful. They have free hot dogs too! What else do you want?!

Chagrin Falls counter worker was one of the worst, rudest person I have ever experienced. I own several companies and have never been treated in such a disrespectful manner. I needed to return some fittings and was screamed at that he could not provide a credit. I certainly will NEVER use this company again and will spread the word in the community to follow my lead.

I have worked with Active Plumbing Supply in the past. I have always had good interactions. We visited them to purchase a shower. We were greeted within a minute by someone and then were approached by a sales personnel fairly quickly. We were told to come back to her when we had questions or needed help. At the time there were two sales personnel and one was working with another couple. We found the product we liked and wanted to make a purchase. The saleswoman who had asked us to contact her started to approach us and then turned to join the other salesperson. We stood there waiting for help for about 15 minutes and were completely ignored. We were unsure why it took two sales people to help one couple while leaving the only other couple waiting. We walked closer, but we did not even receive a sign that the saleswoman was even interested in serving us. A simple, "I will be right with you" or some message to acknowledge that other customers needed help would have helped. We moved closer to the group and the door and when we did not receive a response, we slowly left. There was not even a farewell comment or an effort to see if we had any questions. We were ready to set up our purchase, but the sales' staff seemed to think our business was not needed. We plan to take our business elsewhere.

A great local plumbing supply store! They have everything you need for your plumbing project at reasonable prices. I was very pleased with their helpfulness too. The person working with us helped us figure out exactly what we needed to get the job done, and helped us avoid going overboard purchasing materials we didn't really need.
