Do NOT move here!!!! ROACH INFESTED! My boyfriend has lived here for a year, in the leasing building and from the very first day of move in, there has been nothing but issues. German roaches were an issue from the very first day we moved in until the day we moved out. Maintenance sent an exterminator about 3 times who placed bait in our kitchen, and that was it. This didn’t help the issue! Neighbors have roach proof powder outside their doors, you’ll see an occasional roach in the hallways as well. The trash shoot is always overflown. Parking is ridiculous. It’s “normal” to come home and not have a single parking spot available in the whole complex. Common areas are dirty. Office staff are rude. You constantly hear neighbors fighting & domestic violence situations. You’d think you were living in the projects! There was also a leak that ended up leading to something that appeared to be black mold. The leak was fixed, the moldy carpet was not. We also went half of our lease without cold water in the shower. Police are here multiple times a day. Only positive: the apartment was spacious. Just do yourself a favor & do NOT move here.

I actually am a resident since 2020!! In building 27600, you can confirm with Josephine Davis??After reading some of the reviews, I have to give this property a 3. When you live in any community that doesn’t use a credit scoring system, sometimes there will be mediocre nuances.All of the reviews have truth to them. Getting maintenance assistance timely; however, in 3 years there’s only 2 guys who has been consistent & they done a good job. Year 2 was horrid!COVID COVID COVID-remember this? People were in such disarray. As for mice, trash, blunts, alcohol bottles, and yes dog poop in the hallways….it’s all been true at one time or another.I’ve had packages stolen & my truck scratched!As long as the property is aware they try to mitigate the issues with their property. If you know how to take care of your space it helps in the process….mouse traps, no trash, staying clean, spray home defense, you’re mostly good to go! Google & people give you knowledge ?Nonetheless, use it a stepping stone until your next move, home purchase, job change, salary increase and so on.

Didn't last a year here. Trash and dirty diapers everywhere. People would piss in the elevators. Blunt guts and wrappers everywhere. Elevators never worked. Bed bugs were a huge issue. Pest control out almost daily. Cheap materials and poor repairs. Every floor smelled awful. Found a bag of crack in the hallway. Maintenance managers were absolute jokes. Owners of K&D are slumlords.

Donna and the property manager are both full of lies. They changed the lease before signing to a 2 bed 1 bath when we originally applied for a 2 bed and 2 bathrooms. Did not communal properly, ignored phone calls. Refused to give us a security deposit back. Currently waiting for a response from corporate. Unbelievable they also have mice and leaking in the units , roaches In laundry room that was not mentioned at all! Be careful before giving them any money or signing a lease.

Kecia Green from maintenance always speaks to me we pass by. She’s super friendly and she has a lot of knowledge whenever i request maintenance for my apartment. She’ll even make time to check things out or answer my questions when shes not requested. Shes doing amazing work

Marshaun Mitchell is a great worker he makes sure the floors are clean there’s no trash and makes it smell amazing. Mr.Mitchell is very polite and respectful he is a top tier cleaner and a great soul overall I recommend him anywhere he does an excellent job! He needs a pay raise .

I definitely had an amazing experience! Came to tour & the Manager Taylor came out of her office to introduce herself to us. I’ve lived at my current place for 3 years & have never met my Manager. So it was a great feeling & greatly appreciated. I have one more place to tour, but Willoughby Hills Towers is definitely top of my list!- Gregory G.

Kecia green the maintenance lady from K&D she always so nice professional kind-hearted person. Everytime she comes into my apartment she's nice and respectful and make sure everything that's need to be done on the list that she's coming to fix it's always nice done and she make sure she cleans up after herself.. and this is from the Mays family ?

I just moved out in April, I was there for 22 years, 4 different apartments. I just couldn’t move I loved it. Maintenance was always on point. I really had no complaints. Had I not moved out of state I would still be there. The only thing is all the drug transactions that go on. When they clear that up it will be ok.

I just moved in and I want to leave! (just 5weeks, in to a year lease) Worst @K&D property!.. dirty nasty discussing!... ? Yuck. Old ,not updated! ApT was NOT CLEAN @ MOVE IN!!Dumbest community rules..parking not safe people are inconsiderate..community areas blocked off like.. floor storageExtremely ghetto!I could have moved to Cleveland!!
