“Dr Carlson, Dr Johnston, and Carrie are amazing! I have been going here for 5 years. They were very kind when I lost my rescue Sandie a few years ago and take great care of my Shiba pack and two rescue cats. My Shibas especially love seeing Carrie for their groom monthly. All the vets are great. My only criticism is currently getting through on the phone, call backs, and calls information getting relayed to the vets have not been accurate or not given at all. I know this has a lot to do with their new system and am hopeful it will get better.”

The staff are always polite, kind and follow up promptly. While staffing shortages & vet shortages are affecting all practices right now around the country, I'm still VERY satisfied with the customer service! Dr. Carlson in particular has been really wonderful (thorough, caring & honest), although I'm also grateful to Dr. Murray too. It's not cheap, but you get what you pay for.”
