I needed the transfer pin to switch from Verizon to another provider. Since this store is not a corporate ran store, the young man at the store said he was flat out not allowed to get the transfer pin for me. I had to drive more than 10 miles to the nearest corporate Verizon store.Every store that handles Verizon products should be able to take care of this simplistic service.I'd tried to call corporate, and they sent me a half dozen links to click on that all went to the advertisement page for Verizon.At least the store rep was able to tell me how and where to accomplish the task, so they get two stars instead of just one.

Worst Verizon around they have a African American guy in there that doesn’t want to do his job, he’s asking his coworker about everything to do, they made me lose a lot of my photos by not telling me my iCloud wasn’t backed up when I asked if there’s anything on my iCloud that I needed too do the guy proceeds to say I’m good because he was ready to go, in a big rush. The worst service I’ve ever had at any store

Unfortunately, due to negligence and lack of customer service skills an iCloud backup issue could have been resolved before losing all of the data on my phone. An African American man working with my device neglected to inform me that my phone wasn’t backed up to the fullest and ended up losing most of my documents.. I called Apple and they informed me that he should have dealt with this issue before transferring information. It’s unfortunate to know that his mindset was more focused on being relieved from his shift than ensuring I got what I paid for. Most of the agents working there are very helpful. This man was not and I hope there are repercussions for his lack of care. 0/10

Horrible Management and Employees. Made me lose half my messages and photos all because the African American employee skipped steps in transferring everything and didn't want to do his job, even told co-worker he didn't want to be there all night. No Manager to help nothing. Piss poor all around the board

I went for help to this store and the person helping me screwed my account up. He unregistered me and canceled my automatic payments and paperless billing. While I was waiting another person came in with some problems. When he left they were laughing at that person. Time was 1 30 pm and there was a black guy and a black girl, and overweight white guy, think his name is Greg. So unprofessional. Went to this store because that's where I got my phone back in 2017. Are all verizon stores so unprofessional?

Worked with Andrew. Absolutely a professional and pleasant experience at Verizon. He was extremely knowledgeable and fast. Took care of everything, answered all questions and was very thorough during the whole visit. Highly recommend working with Andrew.
