Shaolin institute is great for all ages! Sifu Gino is the best. My kids loved it here!

I've trained in martial arts for many years. This is the best that I've trained. Sifu is the best teacher I know. Very concerned and helpful. A true father figure and mentor. Much more than physical training. Developing the mind body and spirit. I'm having a great time. Great for all ages!
