“This is a seriously super-clean store. Went there yesterday (6/11/24) to get a good old-fashioned Father's Day card. I find that everything is labeled perfectly in every aisle. Everything that I buy is right here and available. Staff is very kind to me. Sometimes I go there to buy. Other times I go there to wait for dad to get prescriptions delivered. Staff does a very good job in requesting prescriptions as well as helping me out in buying the item. It's a very wonderful store with candy, cereal, magazines, holiday cards, and every little beautiful thing that I can buy in here. Also, the service here is professional, too. It is very professional in a way that says the staff takes business very seriously. That is a very good thing indeed.”

“I love Sam's Club! But they need to post a sign by fresh produce. If that would even help. I seen a older couple opening containers of strawberries. And moving them to and from other containers/multiple containers. I doubt they washed/sanitize thier hands. Of course we wash our produce. They had no shame. Disgusting! All stores need to do this! Salmonella is a real thing! God only knows what else!”
“If you're looking for essentials, you will find them here. If you're looking for variety, you may want to try another location. Definitely smaller than the other Giant Eagles and Meijer.”

“Highlights of Giant Eagle are the bakery and meat section. Also this location has a good selection of wine and beer, plus the state liquor store within is convenient. They also pretty much have all the "standard" and slightly "obscure/rare" name brand items that are standard at grocery stores. I enjoy the self-serve kiosk bank they installed, usually no wait checking out when I've gone. It serves its purpose. Would go more if prices were cheaper (but they gotta up sale for all the good stuff, so I get it.) it serves its purpose. Solid location.”

“It would be GREAT if you would supply some of the mid sized shopping carts like the ones in the Coventry store. Persons in power chairs or wheel chairs can move these about the store with ease. Instead of having to put items in bags hanging from chair, which may cause some fears among loss prevention. Otherwise, I like shopping at all of the Marcs stores, closeout is always an adventure in discovery.”

“Had a great experience today with Marc's on Lakeshore in Euclid from a worker named Felix. I was searching for a frozen food item & was digging through the case looking for it when a thoughtful worker named Felix came over help. He was kind enough to get down and look through the case for me and got me the items that were buried in the back. Felix was so nice and considerate, definitely an asset to Marc's. Being I didn't even ask for help and he came to help me, I thought it only right I mention him. I wanted to thank him again and thank Marc's for having such a great employee.”

“I always enjoy my experiences at your store. On Thursday 8/6/24 I stopped by the store on my way home from the beach. As I pulled up front to get a scooter for my disabled brother, Danielle came out of the store and asked if I needed any help. I told her that I was going in the store to get the scooter and she offered to get one for me. It wasn't that she was going to get it but her approach. Super friendly, supportive and willing. Not only was she professional but she had a smile that brightened my do. We tend to be quick to criticize someone doing wrong but I want to praise her for being herself. Which is great. I applaud her work ethic.”

“I go to discount drug mart in Mentor. I do most of my grocery shopping there and things are on sale. I don't know who wrote this was a bad store but they're clueless. I hope everyone shops at this just turn on drug Mart store to find everything they need.”
“I do not like going to this Giant Eagle! everytime i go theirs always issues! they would not take my refund of just a couple od things because it was a online/delivery order and the customer service desk told me they cant do my refund cuz they dont do those! another time i waited a while in the selfcheck line got up and was told i cant use it cuz i dont have a advantage card! I didnt see any signs about that”

“Good location but I mostly drive through the Tyler one now since this one doesn't have drive up. They do have a liquor store though which is fun. Giant Eagle is my grocery of choice and they have a nice get go gas station at this one. Wish produce was fresher last time I checked, but good overall and nice if I want to pick up rotisserie chicken or something for dinner quick.”
