“This is a seriously super-clean store. Went there yesterday (6/11/24) to get a good old-fashioned Father's Day card. I find that everything is labeled perfectly in every aisle. Everything that I buy is right here and available. Staff is very kind to me. Sometimes I go there to buy. Other times I go there to wait for dad to get prescriptions delivered. Staff does a very good job in requesting prescriptions as well as helping me out in buying the item. It's a very wonderful store with candy, cereal, magazines, holiday cards, and every little beautiful thing that I can buy in here. Also, the service here is professional, too. It is very professional in a way that says the staff takes business very seriously. That is a very good thing indeed.”

“5 stars for ROB & iGGY in the tire dept, and the tall, long haired young man in the meat department. All 3 of these gentlemen were very kind, professional and informative. The eye & jewelry dept seems much smaller than competitive stores. Prices did not move me to purchase anything other than the tires we can in for.”

We love the break we get on select items (like produce), and many of their specials.
I may sound like I'm not discerning, but I can't tell the difference in quality between the meats sold here and other grocery stores.
The store is clean and most items on sale are available when I shop. Staff is cordial to friendly, and I usually shop once a week.”

“I wanted to give a transparent review into this store. I absolutely love Walmart!!
Yesterday I ordered a 58" tv for my bedroom, online. Upon pickup I noticed nothing wrong. Once I got home and was able to open and set up I noticed there were missing parts: remote/legs. There was also dust and something white on the back of the tv that looked like paint.
Today I went to return this and amongst the problems that came along with the return, customer service and management took care of the problem at hand. Thank you Andrew, Timmy, Tammy and the customer service desk associates for being timely, responsive and helpful because this return could have gone another way due to fraudulent behavior.”

“I started using uh lake west when i had my heart attack 2 yrs ok. I have never had a problem .they know the system. And if they dont they will find the answer before you leave. They also deliver which is convenient for me.. everyone on staff there smiles and greets you with respect. And they can contact the doctors office and clear everything up should it arise. My cardiologist and the pharmacist is always on the same page. Im very happy. They should teach the rest of would about customer service.my doctors office works the same way. Give them a raise.”

“Having recently moved into the area, I couldn't find something in the move and I used to buy it at Walgreens, but now it seems it's only an online product. No problem, I could order it and have it shipped to my house for S&H fees or ship to store for free after a minimum order. I choose ship to store.
No fault to the store, but it took almost a week to arrive.
When I went to pick it up, they couldn't find it. I didn't have time to wait any longer, so I had to leave without it. On my way to work the store called because they found it. I had to wait until the next day.
I get mistakes happen and the guy did find it and call me, but it cost me an extra day which is why I'm only doing 4 stars for now. I'll go back and I'll shop more in store. It wasn't a bad experience, it just wasn't 5 stars.”

“Good location but I mostly drive through the Tyler one now since this one doesn't have drive up. They do have a liquor store though which is fun. Giant Eagle is my grocery of choice and they have a nice get go gas station at this one. Wish produce was fresher last time I checked, but good overall and nice if I want to pick up rotisserie chicken or something for dinner quick.”
