Very disappointed that they closed the pool. From what I heard, they could no longer afford the dehumidifier to keep the moisture down...ok...then don't have a dehumidifier. I've been a member since it opened in 2019 and up until February of 2024...they never had a dehumidifier in the pool area. My suggestion...open the doors, put in a couple of fans and maybe lower the temp a degree or 2 to help with the moisture in the room. I just swam at the Y....water temp was like bath water...much warmer than what Milestone's temp ever was....they have a vent near the ceiling along with fans up on the wall. NO MOSITURE ISSUES AND NO DEHUMIDIFIER! Open up the pool...forget about the dehumidifiers, again for the first 4 years we swam without one.

Was coming on here to congratulate management for finally taking into account some of the reviews that were left months before, only to read the new reviews and find out what happened with the old staff.
I don't care about any improvements made thus far. The ceiling still leaks and the woman's restroom has never been worse even if the men's has never been better. Yes, the mirrors have finally been cleaned and the new staff do walk around and seem to clean the equipment more commonly. I don't care about better equipment at this point man, just be a better person.

Joined 2 months ago an couldn’t be more impressed with my entire experience. Ive working out for 20 plus years at several different locations ranging from Planet fitness, fitness 19, Titans gym, workout factory, an I must say Milestone has been the best overall. Clean environment, excellent equipment, polite staff that greets you when you come a leave, a numerous options of weights and machine. Spacious environment with no real crowding an humongous parking lot, so no matter when you arrive you have many options where to park. 4.7 out of 5 for me

I joined the club about four weeks ago
The staff is very polite and professional
The facility is clean
I worked with a personal trainer. She was wonderful and she started me on my new adventure.

I definitely feel as if the gym staff has listened to all of the recent reviews because the staff has changed significantly. Thank you for changing the signs on the mirrors to more professional signage, and for also making a tremendous effort in keeping the gym clean and forming relationships with the gym goers. Keep up the great work guys??

They have not been opened on Sundays!!!!! I got up to the gym 2 Sundays in a row at 9am and doors are closed!!!!! The website says they open on Sundays at 6am!!!!

The way new management is running the facility is unprofessional and hostile. Taken over unannounced by incompetent individuals with no fitness related background/experience. Stolen business model and illegally ran. The ceilings leak, unhygienic bathrooms, unregulated pool chemicals/temperature, and unwelcoming staff. All old employees were terminated and withheld pay without reasoning. Save yourself from ScamStone and take your business elsewhere.

Was looking for a trainer and the new manager there said he’s not a trainer and “doesn’t know anything” about fitness. Also paper posters are not a nice touch to what was such a nice facility.

Horrendous experience every time. Trainer I was assigned seemed very inexperienced, better off training myself and that’s saying a lot. Won’t be back

seems to be ran a little lazily with very few trainers and the ones that are there seem to not know what they are doing. Especially the trainer TT he would say to my girlfriend multiple times how he “builds booty”
