Disappointing customer service. Agreed on a price for a used car. Came back to sell them used car and price changed. Phone calls were not returned during process to make sure price was still good. Waited until I got here to change the price.Asked to speak to manager and he was no where to be found.I recommend going anywhere else.

My Passat was due for an inspection; Vincent and the team took great care of my vehicle. I needed a new rim for my car ; Ken, Parts Manager, is tracking down 1of 2, that are available within the entire U.S. I am beyond grateful for their service.

I bought my car here last year. They were great to buy the car from, but when you have to have it serviced, the service department is Not very efficient. The brand new car I purchased in the winter, come spring I realize the air conditioning did not work on it. I don't think it ever worked... Most likely a manufacture defect. That was not the dealer's fault, but trying to get it fixed was terrible. It took them about three weeks to get the parts, so I had a rental car from them that had terrible alignment on it and did not seem safe to drive. I would not recommend this dealership to anybody.

I called last Wednesday morning because I needed to replace my key fob because it got broke and would not work. They told me to tow the car to the dealership before 4 pm and I would get my key fob the same day. I asked how long would the process take? I was told an hour. I got here at approximately 2:30 it is almost 5 pm and I am still waiting! When I asked at 4 pm how much longer for the wait, I was told there are people in front of me. Good customer service would have explained that upon my arrival! Businesses keep complaining because they are struggling due to the pandemic.... well guess what improve your customer service and you JUST might improve on your profit margin. The last thing anyone wants is to pay for bad service! UNACCEPTABLE rather there is a pandemic or NOT! I will say this ! I was given a loaner car because they were having problems with the programming. I got my car back Thursday afternoon . One other problem,. I was suppose to receive a complimentary carwash....well if that was a complimentary car wash my one year old twin nieces could have done a better job! Smh!!!!!!!!!! Please don't make promising you cannot keep . Let's see I finally checked

I would like to thank EASTSIDE VOLKSWAGEN for the awesome service I received for my 2016 Volkswagen Tiguan. The people I had contact with were awesome and professional. This is my third or fourth visit with this dealership and every visit I had was a pleasant one. Matt is my service advisor and he talks to me as if we’ve known each other for years! He’s such an awesome guy! One thing which stood out with me was a small issue in which the engine coolant was low and the indicator was flashing just before I drove away from the dealership. I ran back into the place and told Matt about the flashing indicator and he called for a mechanic named Dave. Dave and I went to my car and I explained the issue to him. Dave pops up the hood and showed me that the container which holds the coolant was low. Dave went back to the service area and brought back some coolant and poured some into the container. After filling it, the indicator light went out...no more problems after that! I was also surprised that Dave gave me a bottle of coolant to keep in my car and he explained thoroughly how to pour in more, if needed. I gave Dave a hug and I was on my way! I read a few bad reviews from some customers and I am sorry that they had bad experiences with EASTSIDE VOLKSWAGEN. But, my recent visits with this dealership were awesome! Thank you EASTSIDE VOLKSWAGEN! And thank you, Matt and Dave! I will continue to make my visits there for service in the future.

So I've now been screwed twice by VW, the second time at this dealership. First time was when we bought diesel Jetta in 2012 thinking we were helping the environment and were in fact doing the opposite. I drove that manual Jetta for almost 60,000 miles. And now I purchased a Certified Pre Owned VW Jetta Diesel manual less than three months ago from these guys. Service department is the ABSOLUTE worst service I have EVER dealt with. Came here from the Volkswagen in Bedford for a deal. They don't return phone calls, never have parts in stock. I have to wait 3 hours to diagnose a tire then drive on a donut tire for 2-4days until they order the correct tire for your car. I only recommend purchasing but DONT COME HERE FOR SERVICE ITS ALWAYS 4 hour wait maximum can't wait for my lease to be up.

Very good experience at the dealership. Igor and Maria were helpful in explaining details about the car. No pressure at all. Reassuring that the dealer go through the preowned vehicles prior to sale.

I recently purchased a Mazda CX-5. I was trying to get my car serviced and never received a response. I was having issues with my key fobs for 3 months. I work crazy hours and have very limited time. I just worked about 35 hrs in 2 days, just to give you an idea. I needed my tires rotated and my oil changed and the key fobs looked at. I called and left about 4 messages and never received a reply, even to this day. I emailed them several times. Then I even did an online chat expressing my shock at their customer service. I gave her my information and she said she would give the info to her manager who also never got back to me. I have been in customer service almost my whole life and it's beyond words how bad their customer service is. I contacted the salesman who took care of me and his reply was very brief and vague. I told him I would have bought another Mazda from him and referred people there but now absolutely not. I'm in shock.

Who gives a car dealership a 5 star review? Me. I'm being honest when I say this is the first time ever actually enjoying the car buying experience. I initially sent in an information request for several Mazda vehicles and Maria, one of the salespersons, responded and was happy to answer any of my questions (and trust me, I had a lot!) Made an appointment to come in for some test drives and Maria was unavailable, so I was handed off to Steve who was also very nice. I had spent time convincing myself that downsizing my vehicle from a Honda Pilot was in my best interest, so off to test drive a Mazda3 and Mazda6. Steve was patient with my host of questions and desire to test drive almost every car on the lot. Sadly, I felt like moving to a car was too drastic a change, so Steve asked if I wanted to drive a smaller SUV. Test drove a CX-5 and was hooked. Negotiations weren't pushy and there wasn't a lot of haggling to be done. Told Steve I needed a weekend to think about it (I just can't pull the trigger on a major purchase on the spot.) He wasn't irritated or angry, just very understanding. Went back on a Monday and bought my CX-5. Vince was the guy I signed all of my papers with, no hard upsale on extended warranties, etc. gave us our options and kindly moved on if I said no. Of note, ended up buying the yearly leather and paint protectant and because the porters had left for the day, he helped me set up an appointment to do and offered to top off the gas for the inconvenience. The day after my purchase I received multiple texts thanking me for my business. Some may find that annoying, I thought it was a nice touch. Definitely a 5-star sales experience. Hoping the service is just as outstanding.
