sold me a car that didn’t have any basic maintenance done to it . took a week to get in contact with someone who could actually help me . the care salesman was no help whatsoever. worst customer service i’ve ever received in service department. they claim basic maintenance was done to the car but when i took to get looked at , no oil in the car , break fluid low . tires not staying full . on top of that when you walk in , no hellos or nothin . they walk away and come back with papers for you to sign . it makes me regret buying this car . this place makes zero stars possible .

Terrible experience bought a Nissan pathfinder issues from the second day. The car was making a loud clicking sound brought the car back I was told I can’t get an appointment until a week later . Went to the appointment was told it was an engine problem and the car could potentially blow up . My car was supposed to be fixed in three hours nobody answers the phone or no what’s going on all they do is transfer you to someone else. My car is still not fixed. Terrible
UPDATE they decided to not fix and and making me trade in the car for a more expensive car

Jagur my Sales person who I've been working with for the last year did a Fantastic job about telling me every single detail about my New Corvette E-Ray. He truly is very Knowledgeable about these vehicles and can make sure everything gets taken care of. This was hands down the best purchasing experience that I've ever had before. My Business will only go to Jagur at Serpentini Chevy.

Upon my arrival, I did not receive a greeting, and my interaction with Phill was challenging. His unhelpful and negative attitude made it difficult to address my concerns. Furthermore, I received misleading information regarding the servicing of my vehicle.

I went into Serpentini shopping for a lease to fit my small budget feeling skeptical and guarded after being disheartened at another dealership.
Will, Glen, and Lucas did not make me feel pressured and communicated openly and honestly, answering my many questions.
I left with my first lease (newer than I hoped for) feeling satisfied and confident and hope to return in the future!
