“This is a very interesting store with so many good finds. We would highly recommend taking a trip to this store. My wife and I really love the different kind of things to purchase and also put on our list to buy next time we visit. The customer service was top tier! So nice and friendly and welcoming. “I went to this Dollar Tree because the one in my neighborhood is not stocked regularly or organized, and it did not disappoint! The store was organized and fully stocked! I was able to find a variety of Valentine's Day items and candies. I will be going to this store more often since it is only 10 minutes away from me.”
“Well well it was at one point in time it was just a buck and now since they raise their rates 25%, it's $1.25 no biggie now they have stuff for $5 well you kind of defeating the purpose it's so cold just a buck but you got all these prices”
“I frequent this store. Every time I visit, the staff are pleasant. The line moves quickly. Most of the time, I am able to get everything I stopped in for. You can't beat the prices. Lately, some of the freezers have been broke down, so there are limited frozen products. I find they are typically organized, but during holiday season, it can be less so. I do not ever buy produce there. It never looks as good as the local market to me, so I just stick to the market.”

“Considering that the employees are not allowed to address people who come in and do not wear their masks or properly wear their masks it was a very nice store. It's a fortunate during the pandemic we still have ignorant people who are too dumb to believe that the virus can kill. The employees are great but it's a shame that their lives are being put at risk because they can't say anything to anyone wearing a mask incorrectly or not at all”
“I think this is one of the better family dollars in the region. I moved into the neighborhood from 3 hours south and Cleveland was entirely new to me but this was a store I frequented during my 8 months up there and never had any problems or issues here. It has everything you could possibly need at such a store and the prices are pretty consistent with other Family Dollars. The wider neighborhood isn’t great. If you’re passing through and not familiar with it then I recommend keep on going until you’re in a better neighborhood but if your from the area or familiar with east Cleveland than this is a fairly decent Family Solar.”
“What a wonderful team !!! So polite and kind .. I bring my autistic grandson in once a month to shop and practice life skills and the staff at this Dollar General are the best I have ever seen. The young man that checked us out was such a compassionate employee and a great asset to Dollar General !”

“I had a great experience at this location.After at looking several different locations to find exactly what I was looking forward to update a guest bathroom… I fell short.Once I arrived at this Dollar General, an amazing person by the name of Rose was extremely helpful and there to assist. Rose was extremely friendly, and quickly made the most of my time. Rose actually cared enough to really help me instead of just pointing me in a direction like other places. Highly recommended location. Great store. Great people can’t say enough good things.”

“This store is around the corner from the house. Friendly staff, usually quiet atmosphere-reflective of the neighborhood. This time they were out of paper towels, it seems to rotate since the coronavirus hit. Probably good idea to call ahead and see if the one of the main items you're after is there. Otherwise, good visit.”
“The cashier super friendly and nice things are easy to find. The only complaint is no return on electronic items. So be very careful if you choose to buy anything electronic. You'll be stuck with it if it doesn't work.”

“I don't particularly like going to any store with Dollar in its name. I just can't take it. This time, I had to go to one, and it was an emergency. I was pleasantly surprised to see that this particular store was well stocked and pretty clean. I found what I needed and proceeded to check out.
The line was long with one cashier. This time, it didn't matter due to the fact that I found what I needed”
“This is one of the best stores in this area. Customer services was great. I was in the store less than 15 minutes and greeted at least 4 times by their staff. There were not an enormous amount of boxes blocking the aisles or trash in store.”
“Smaller DG location, but always has what I need. Great deals with manufacturer and DG coupons. Best to go on a Saturday and use a DG digital $5/$25 with DG digitals or other coupons. Clearance sales are the best at DG.”
