Definitely need an appointment to set up a bank account or you’ll be waiting a while!!! I think I’ll bank somewhere else.
So I waited and someone came out and finally told me that the computer crashed and they cannot do anything for me at the moment. They did try and call three other branches so I can get an account set up, but unfortunately not one branch was willing to see me today. This is insane a bank that does not want to take anyone’s money. Complete waste of my time. I was having a good day until now. i’m glad I had a chance to see how they operate though before I trusted them with my money I would never bank with them.

Chase closed my account without any reason at all, offered me no explanation what so ever and refused to give me my funds, they sent no notice, email or anything after I’ve been banking with them 8 years! I have a new and better bank now who said they will never do this. Just a heads up if you want to bank with a company like this that’ll do that to long time customers go right ahead but chase is shady.

Came in with a wire issue. First I was asked to go to a different branch because there was only one banker. Then when I threaten to close my accounts, it was n oh we’ll help you one moment.

I was in Chase Bank today everyone so pleasant I've never felt so welcomed anywhere like today they even made my Granddaughter feel awesome AS well... Had some great things for us as well.. Great staff and Manager

I went in for statements from last year for a biz account. These are the same statements I had given to me at another chase bank no problems but I needed a second copy for my accountant. The guy told me they can't print them and if they could they would charge $6 per statement. This is completely false! No one there is professional. Honestly very happy I moved on to Huntington.

A Very rude heavyset person works at this bank, disrespects customers all the time. And management allows him to get away with it. Something needs to be done with their customer service representative.

I felt exactly same as the other review. They are rude and not much of helping. It's not just once, almost every time. I try not to go there anymore, because they always made me fee bad. They are so rude, not just teller almost everyone there must be sick. They should not have that job, if they are not happy to work there. I really don't want to write this, because they will know my name. But I deiced I am not going there anymore. I will rather drive a little more to see the friendly people.

Some of their tellers are rude and d**** I went in to pay for my credit card on 1/18/14 and gave them the card I wanted to put money on. When I got home I noticed that the teller put the money on my CHECKING ACCOUNT instead of my credit card. How stupid you have to be!! What would happen if I missed the due day because of her! I would've been charge late fees. I had another instance with the another teller when she had no idea how to handle loan payments. So, I ended up going to the Euclid Branch to pay. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS BRANCH because they have no idea what they are doing there.
