“Quick and easy process to rent a car. Getting the car was easy even though they had to upgrade me and I was okay with that but the car they gave me was a gas guzzler. And the return process from Columbia South Carolina to Mentor Ohio was easy peasy. One thing I noticed they failed to tell me was it's a $300 deposit, nobody mentioned that. But luckily it comes off once the car is returned.”

“I was in a car accident and my insurance company works with Enterprise when a customer needs to rent a car. I was greeted by both Thomas, Customer Service Agent and Anthony, the Manager. It was not crowded so we had a little time to shoot the breeze which was nice. I told them I was also moving and was stressed out about the entire situation due to the accident. I was given the Quattro Audi to rent so I could put extra items in the car. I appreciated their kindness and excellent customer service. They made sure my needs were met and that I had a great car to drive while I waited for my car to be fixed. Thanks, Enterprise!!!”

I was given the typical breakdown for coverage, quick and painless, was NOT asked if I was sure or pushy about taking the added costs on. Signed for the vehicle and it was mine for the week. No issues while driving the car out of state and back. Went to return it, was even easier and painless than the simple hand off. I was very pleased with the overall rental process and cost. “I do not like going to this Giant Eagle! everytime i go theirs always issues! they would not take my refund of just a couple od things because it was a online/delivery order and the customer service desk told me they cant do my refund cuz they dont do those! another time i waited a while in the selfcheck line got up and was told i cant use it cuz i dont have a advantage card! I didnt see any signs about that”

“Not Avis, but a Budget rental. Dropped off my Toyota b/c a maintenance warning popped up- and yes Google said it wasn't worth worrying about, but between my terrible luck and trying to be responsible, dropped it off for an exchange. Replacement car had dirty windshields, someone else's earrings, and a half tank of gas. I dropped off my "needing service" rental full. Then as soon as I started the replacement up, the same maintenance msg popped up. Decided to drive on, only to have a low oil warning msg pop up. Stopped, bought 2 qts to take the reading from no oil on the dipstick to acceptable.7/31/23- Follow up, Budget / Avis contacted me back, sent me a pro apology letter and a refund on refueling and, received $81 and some change back. Would have preferred the issue to have not happened, but at least the fixed it the right way. Thanks, and will still consider renting through them.”
