Save your money, do NOT rent here. S****y management and apartment complex disguised in sheep’s clothing. An additional star given bc the security guards are really friendly and kind if you get to know them!

Love their products but their service stinks! 4 clerks , 2 waiting on customers, the other 2 absolutely ignored me. I even waved for them to come to me, they turned and went into the backroom, IT WAS NOT BUSY at that time I walk with a cane, can't stand for long periods - I waited for store assistance for 8 minutes, they saw me! I left and won't be back. I'd rather drive the distance to Parma's import stores from now on!

I've lived here for 2 years and this place has been peaceful. There is a security guard at night. The area is pretty safe. The price is very affordable. And the best part is 2 free ways accessible right next to you. Central air included.

Terrible ownership and management. They don’t care about residence, only money driven. I will never live here again, look for better apartment building! They also have ant problems and they had a big roach problem. The maintenance man are lazy and always have an attitude when they need to do they job . Other than that the apartment was updated!

The manager boaz and desk attendants could not care less about you, all very rude. Ridden with bed bugs, which they will only assume you brought in so they will make you pay to have an exterminator come. Also this is one of those places that will just paint over loose old hair on the bathroom walls when you move in, so take that as you will.

I called them on Thursday (day before yesterday) and informed I’m looking for an apartment to move on end of this month. Then they arranged an appointment for me on this Saturday (today). I visited the rental office today on the given time and the officer said there are no any available apartments till August. Nice work and superb communication. ??

Worst apartments ever! The owner and their staff are very rude. All of my visitors complain about the security guard’s terrible attitude. They don’t accommodate well, and are very biased to those who have service animals. They are not willing to work with you if your having a hard time and don’t accept any kind of outside help. The owner is money hungry and could care less about your struggles. They are very strict about everything. I moved here for the pool that hasn’t been open in the entire 2 1/2 years I’ve been living there. I am pregnant and they have caused me the most stress ever in living in apartments ANYWHERE. I have complained multiple times about loud neighbors and red ant infestations and have been brushed off for the entire 2 1/2 years living there. If you want to feel welcomed and stress free this is not the place for you to stay. This will be my last year living there and I will not return nor recommend.

I have lived here a long time and can assure you that the landlord is fair and reasonable in his dealings with residents and responsive on ligit complaints. The matinance service 24/7 is unmatched by anyplace I have ever lived and I don't think there is anyplace more attentive to residents service needs. Always plenty of notice when cars need to be moved for property improvements. The community was notified via note in each door of time and place to park so the complex could be repaved. It was made clear that if your car was in the way it would be towed. There was more than ample notice. You can not pave over or around cars. The owner took no pleasure in having cars towed and due to some that ignord the notice left them no choice but to tow so the improvement could be made.

I lived here a year and these apartments are great, i got the updated one and it was perfect for me. Very spacious apartment, security at the gate, key fob door entrances, cameras around the apartments (makes you feel safer). The staff in the office are amazing with helping you to the best of there knowledge, Liz is amazing and very kind! Gym is small but you pay one small price for the length of your stay. Pool was closed the entire time. There was a issue with ants all over- from what i saw in reviews it’s the West building (which is where i was living.) There were so many ants in my kitchen and bathroom no matter how clean i kept it. I called to have my apartment sprayed several times (they came and sprayed the next day every single time, very prompt) and i also did my own ant traps and still nothing worked. Bugs make me very uncomfortable so this was a big deal for me otherwise i would probably have stayed another year! Hopefully that issue gets resolved for future and current renters. The laundry room dryer also takes about 2 cycles to get your clothes dry. But other than that i don’t have anymore complaints about these apartments!

Applied to bishop apartments and my application got declined. They are not honest about their requirements. Make sure you don't have a felony no matter what it is despite them asking. Also they say you need to have atleast at 650 credit score..BUT after talking to the lady she finally was honest and said they look at your overall profile and they look at debt. You can have a nice well paying job like I do and a great credit score and it looks like they don't want you to have no debt. I have student loans. Based on the reviews about bugs and bed begs looks like I am not missing out. Also sad that they raised the rent for those towers that doesn't look like its worth it so disappointed because I'm really trying to move but based on the reviews I'm not missing anything. I'm sure there are nicer apartments that have alot of space and also cheaper and rarely have any issues. I'm not saying don't move into here BUT ask questions. Also if you are declined you can't apply for six months. Crazy that you all are trying to be strict but probably do lousy work. Also I emailed the lady (I think her name is DEB) about my concerns and the bed bugs I see on comments and she didn't respond. If they can't answer questions especially with them taking your money DO NOT APPLY.

Update: spoke with the owner he told he will salt from now on so I'm improving the review to 3 stars if this doesn't turn out to be the case next time there's ice in the parker lot ill be reducing it to to the original rating.1 bed 1 bath tower apt. Decent place and pretty cheap on rent compared to most areas also they have a gym and pool (access to the gym is limited atm and the pool has been closed due to covid but I don't hold that against them) but you are getting what you pay for. While the people that work here are very nice it suffers in other areas. To start with in the winter they do not salt their parking lots at all so if it rained the day before you need to be careful. Honestly I expect to slip and fall at least once in the winter it happens so much I can't even begin to understand how they haven't been sued by any of the older residents. laundry facilities are there, but machines are very old you'll have to run the dryer at least 2 times maybe 3 to get dry cloths. The apartment is alright. To start the carpet is just terrible and it seems they haven't replaced the carpet padding in a while much less the carpet. while they do work all of the appliances are very outdated. they provide very little lighting (a light in the bathroom, kitchen, and a ceiling fan is it) in the units so be ready to buy a good amount of lamps. there aren't lot of outlets and there's only 1 cable connection not to mention the towers are wired for only spectrum so if you have interest in switching isp or cable provides you are out of luck. For some reason the entry doors on the units have a small gap and aren't sealed properly which leads to you being able to hear people if your outside of their apartment or smell whatever they might be cooking thankfully my neighbors aren't terrible at this but its still a problem none the less. Other then these issues I don't have to much of a problem with the apartment but I don't feel like any of these issues will ever be fixed. biggest complaint would be the salt issues I can't imagine it costing that much to have whoever they have plow the snow also salt just seems as though they are being cheap at the cost of the safety to their tenants. If your looking for a cheap place to live or first time place its fine but I can't recommend you consider this place for anything long term.
