charged me for a slurpee on free 7/11 day.. told me it ended at 7 pm and then went to another 7/11 and the guy said he straight up lied to us. VERY MAD

THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY FROM YOU RIGHT IN YOUR FACE! Please do not shop here. I stopped in for gas, coffee and to use their ATM. With all the hype about the eclipse I wanted to have some cash on me. I did one transaction of 200 and then another transaction of 100. I just stuffed the money in my purse because I've never had an issue here before. My mistake for not counting it first. I get home to stuff my money away and there's 40 missing. I didn't use that cash. I came straight home. When I got home I counted to the cash 4x it was wrong. I went back and talked to the guy behind the counter. He said I have to call the number on the ATM. So I called the police. Police came. Wouldn't let me press charges. Said I can't only file a report. Everyone knows what that means. Nothing will be done and these ppl get to keep my money. Because of convenience stores such as 7-11's there's anxiety of a skimmer being on the credit card machines. Now we gotta worry about the ATM's. No trust = No customer. Period! ✌?
UPDATE: Owner wants me to leave a note for them on the address they have listed below, but it's a bad address. You can't make this stuff up I swear

As a Dasher it is expected store's are (1) still remember Dasher are your customer as well. DONT SKIP. Also upon arrival don't be on your phone laughing with friends on earbuds when you have pending work... NEW Sheetz across the street much more recommended due to this poor experience

This gas station is trash. It's ran by a group of Indians that are over charging and playing stupid when calling them out on it. It really went downhill. Service is terrible! There is either a severe language barrier or they are just playing stupid behind their language barrier, I feel it's the later. They understand what you are asking them but when you ask for an explanation they all of a sudden don't know how to respond. Prices advertise are not the same as when you cash out. I would not recommend this store whatsoever. It really makes the community look bad!

This store has NEVER given me the correct change back when paying with cash. NEVER!!!! Literally, NEVER!!! The computer tells you the correct amount. Stop screwing your customers over. Change adds up. Which I’m sure you know…*update* I was there yesterday and to no surprise I was given the wrong change back. No pennies were given. I asked for the correct change back and the cashier goes over to the other drawer, opens it, no pennies! Had to go into what I’m assuming is a safe under the counter, just to give me the correct change. Also pointing out that neither of the 2 drawers had pennies in it!!! So once again I was not given the correct amount of change back!! This truly is an everytime thing at this store. It may have only been 3 cents owed to me, but this happens EVERYTIME and ifs it happening to me it’s happening to everyone that walks in this store. Change adds up!!

Guy behind the counter who I’ve seen 1000 times took my refusal of free donuts, which I refused for so many reasons that were not 7/11 or donuts. Just wanted him to know it was neither of those two things. Also start blasting Punjabi music already at the pumps and in the store let’s get lit but I digress.

Awful service line out the door and employees decide to start sweeping and cleaning shelf’s during the rush. Food can be pretty good if they don’t give you frozen buns or actually stock condiments.

To whoever was working this morning around 1am and 3am I put in a Uber eats around 1am I had ice cream items in my cart I don’t know if the workers at 7/11 pre pack the bags but that needs to stop why put the bag together with ice cream in it if not one Uber driver came to pick it up yet the ice cream should’ve been the last thing in the bag my order didn’t get a driver to it until about 3am sometime so again why was my ice cream in the bag not only was my ice cream melted bout time it got to me but I had wrong items in my bag as well things I didn’t ask for ppl work hard for their money and when I call to see what happen I get hang up on very bad customer service I tried to call back a few times after that and I didn’t get any answer very wrong bec if you gone run a business work in customer service you have to deal with your customers we are the ones spending our money let the Uber driver bring up the items lest they won’t miss out on their tips bec of your mistake an I wouldn’t give no stars but I had to just to write this post

Stopped in for a few items and something told me remember the prices. Sure enough every item I was purchasing rang up more expensive. When I asked why they were different he said oh we changed all our prices. Why didn't you change the tags I asked. So they can up charge and rip customers off who don't notice.
