I would like to know why my packages are not being delivered. It’s saying that i requested that i pick up my amazon packages from Williamsburg post office and that is untrue. There is no number to call to get ahold of a person. They just don’t deliver my packages by choice and i am absolutely over Williamsburg post Office. Hire better employees that do their job so I don’t have to pick up my mail from you.

The ladies at the Williamsburg post office are some of the nicest people I have had the pleasure of meeting.They are polite, courteous, kind, and always extremely helpful.These ladies always go the extra mile to assist.And are always knowledgeable.I am so glad they are there.We are lucky to have them.

Have lived at our current home for almost two years now and it's been constant problems with the mail carriers on our route. Not dropping stuff off at the house and now this was a new one. Didnt fit in the mailbox and didnt want to drive to the house and put the box on porch. They just laid the package on the ground by the mailbox.

The ladies in the post office are wonderful, polite, always willing to go above and beyond, they remember me on a first name basis and always smile and say Hi even if I am just dropping mail in the box. Thanks Ladies for all you do!
