CARSTAR was easy to work with. They took care of everything with our car repair. They worked with our auto insurance and all I had to do was pay the deductible. They did a great job repairing our car.

I recommend CARSTAR of Mt.orab for all your auto collision needs. The staff is very friendly and very knowledgeable. They did a amazing job on my 2020 Malibu. Also they took care of getting the rental car for me. They will also communicate personally with your insurance company.

Carstar did a beautiful job on my 350Z! They did an outstanding job for a reasonable price. My car is a 2004, and they found a replacement mirror for it at great savings! Highly recommend!

Amazing service and some of the nicest people you could meet. I stopped by to see if I could make an appointment to get my headlight bulbs replaced and they took the car in immediately and changed them in a few minutes. I would recommend them to anyone!

I fully recommend CARSTAR of Mount Orab for your auto body repairs. This shop is the most friendly personal I have ever worked with on my auto body repairs. When I pick up my car it look like nothing ever happened to it and was repaired very quickly. I truly recommend this auto body repair shop and company.

Wow is all I can say. Carstar of Mount Orab, went above and beyond providing quality service and an amazing experience. My car needed front end work due to a fender bender, around $5500 worth of damage. They had my car lest then three weeks and when I got her back she looked brand new , like she rolled off the dealership lot, they made sure that even road damage from everyday travel nicks from rocks were take care of and gone. I have many vehicles in my life and dealt with many dealerships, mechanics and autobody shops to honestly be able to say that their communication, customer service, and quality of work is off the charts. Amazing job done and a life long customer established.
