i got flooded about 3 to 4 years ago and i asked them to change my carpet and they have yet to do so

Now that the workers have fixed everything and we are having no more issues so far like before they are now 5 star for us.....

No after hours maintenance. Doesn't fix things properly. Goes the cheap route instead of the correct way to fix it. Gives no notice when maintenance is going to be by to fix things. Had to change locks because maintenance came into my apartment while the wife was sleeping in her underwear. So beware.
