Wouldn't recommend working here. Rampant nepotism, favoritism, and all around un-professionalism. Consistently mismatches people and jobs within the plant. No job should come at a sacrifice of one's dignity, self-respect, or health, be it physical or mental. Hence the issue with the huge lack of staffing at this company and several others in and around this area. Hopefully B&D will REALIZE that the issue isn't with employees, but with management from top to bottom. The sooner they clean house thoroughly in that area for the better, the sooner they'll have an increase in their staffing. It's a practical, common sense move and not one that takes a rocket scientist to figure out. Treat your people well, deal with them honestly, RESPECT them, and they'll do just about anything for you.

Workplace is decent with adequate employees/employers that are easy to work with as long as you don't get on their bad side or are their favorite.Make sure you have a back up employment somewhere or else they could let you off without warning.The pay may be okay, but it's not particularly worth the below dirt treatment if you aren't a Hire In or experienced in absolutely everything on your first day in.Just be a robot and never miss a day and you'll be A-OK.??
